Check out how I got my iphone back after it was stolen in Trogir while doing some sightseeing waiting for our cruising permit. In Croatia you need a Cruising permit wich costs 900 Kuna apx €90 to sail in their waters. We needed all the documents, deletion certificates from old ship register and new name sertificate for the boat before sailing safe in Croatian waters. Offcorse you also need insuranse to get this permit. While waiting for all this we had plenty of time to explore Trogir to se what this place had to offer. For the 2018 edition, their Figaro 2 is the smallest yacht in the race, and is second overall and winner of IRC Two Handed and IRC Two.

We are on our third and final leg of sailing across the Atlantic ocean! We are sailing from the Azores to Portugal, a 1000 mile passage which was rather challenging at times. Terysa celebrates her birthday at sea with a chocolate cake and some rare sunshine, and then things go downhill somewhat when the swell and wind pick up and life onboard gets a little wild! Terysa sustains a bump to the head when she's thrown across the boat due to a particularly big wave, and also loses her oats (not a metaphor). BUT THEN- we reach land and the weather becomes drastically different as round a cape and encounter millpond conditions of the coast of Portugal.
