Welcome back to WE|Sail... Life threw us a curveball that we weren't expecting. In this episode, we're sharing the real, unfiltered story of how we're navigating this challenge - from the initial diagnosis to the decision to have surgery at Steamboat Orthopedics. While I'm dealing with surgery and recovery here in Colorado, Warren continues pushing forward with the galley remodel back in New Zealand. It's a reminder that even when we're on different sides of the world, we face these storms together as a team. Join us as we take you behind the scenes of the surgery day - from the 4 AM drive to the hospital to the incredible care from the medical team. We even managed to capture some footage from inside the operating room (nothing too graphic!) to give you a glimpse into what an Achilles tendon repair actually involves. This is just another chapter in our 6-year adventure together, and like every challenge we've faced, we're sharing it with you - the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
