Transat Cap Vert / Martinique - Arrivée au Marin, déchets & Zone B de navigation. Après 17 jours de navigation, les côtes martiniquaises apparaissent sous un magnifique arc en ciel. Ça sent la fin de transat. Attention, lorsque vous contournez le cap sud de la Martinique, vous entrez dans une zone de pêche extrêmement fréquentée. Les pêcheurs posent leurs casiers. Parfois, ils sont signalés par de petites bouées, parfois par des bouteilles en plastiques. Vous pouvez facilement vous retrouver au milieu d'un "champ de mines". Lorsque vous repérez une grosse barque de pêcheurs, souvent les casiers se succèdent derrière elle. Les catas se rapprochent de la côte, les monocoques slaloment. À bord, nous trions nos déchets. dès notre arrivée, nous nous mettons en quête d'une zone de collecte du tri. Seconde étape, les formalités d'entrée sur le territoire. Direction la capitainerie. Rappelez-vous qu'en Martinique, concernant le balisage latéral, vous êtes en région B / zone B - ( IALA-A / IALA-B ). En métropole, vous êtes en zone A. Venant du large les marques vertes sont laissées à tribord, les marques rouges à bâbord. En région B, c'est le contraire. La forme des marques quant à elle ne change pas. We leave South Hanover Bay and work our way to the Prince Regent River. There are many hazards on the way including whirlpools, narrow passages, huge tides, rocks, sand bars and punter boats! We spend the night in Purulba Creek and take a look around the mangroves in Peanut. We continue up-river to the enchanting Kings Cascade Falls. We begin the journey down the river with the tide and end up at St. Patrick’s Island which turns out to be quite a surprising anchorage. Thanks for watching. On s’accorde tous à dire que dormir à bord au port c est bruyant, sur cette vidéo les différents bruits avec des rafales à 45 nds, au port de Cannes, bien sûr à l intérieur c est un peu moins fort, mais surtout ça berce ! Les bruits sont beaucoup plus acceptables qu’ à la maison !

Lezioni di Vela - Attrezzatura Il Winch - Episodio 04 La manutenzione del winch è tra i lavori più semplici da eseguire in autonomia, e va svolta almeno una volta all'anno. Nel video del quarto episodio di Scuola di VELA i nostri esperti ci illustrano come smontare la campana del winch e come accedere agli ingranaggi interni da pulire e oliare. La manutenzione del winch fai da te La manutenzione del winch sulle barche da crociera va svolta mediamente una volta all'anno a inizio stagione, o non appena la rotazione dei meccanismi diventa poca scorrevole. Il verricello è un meccanismo robusto, ma sabbia, salino e sporco possono danneggiare i cuscinetti interni, che vanno per questo tenuti puliti e lubrificati. L'apertura della campana e lo smontaggio del meccanismo è una operazione facile che non richiede particolari strumenti, bisogna aver l'accortezza di non perdere alcun pezzo durante lo smontaggio, e di fotografare la sequenza di smontaggio. La pulizia di tutti i componenti si può fare con il gasolio, con l'uso di un pennellino o una bacinella in cui immergere gli ingranaggi. Una volta pulito i meccanismo vanno lubrificati. L'olio e il grasso da usare nei winch moderni viene specificato dal costruttore, per cui è bene leggere il manuale e seguire le indicazioni. Per esempio, questa è la la guida alla manutenzione dei winch Harken Alcune parti plastiche potrebbero venir danneggiate da prodotti non compatibili. Nel dubbio, meglio usare pochissimo grasso, che tende ad accumulare lo sporco, e utilizzare un olio per parti meccaniche, o in silicone per parti plastiche. Zudem möchten ich einen vorsorglichen Osmoseschutz aufbauen. Uns wurde schon gesagt, das diese Arbeit eine echte "Kackarbeit" wäre: uns so war es dann auch. Viele Stunden gehen dabei ins Land. SÄUBERN und SCHLEIFEN - das Unterwasserschiff säubern - alte Farben herunter schaben - den Rest mit einem Exenterschleifer abschleifen - Metall mit einer TERCOO Scheibe abschleifen - Gelcoat feinschleifen und ggf. spachteln (UW-Spachtel) - alles gut säubern ANSTRICH OSEMOSESCHUTZ und ANTIFOULING: 1.METALLSCHUTZ - Metallteile mit Zinkstaubfarbe anstreichen „2K EP Zinkstaubfarbe“ • Zinkstaubfarbe ist eine Metallpigment-Beschichtung, mit der metallische Untergründe aktiv vor Korrosion geschützt werden. 2. EPOXY PRIMER Anstriche immer komplett - auch die Metallteile im UW-Schiff / außer die Borddurchlässe) Luttemp.: min 10 Grad Die Folgeanstriche müssen innerhalb der nachten 8-36 Stunden erfolgen - sonst muss einmal zwischen geschliffen werden! (8/36 Std.) EPOXY PROTEKT - erster Epoxy Protect Anstrich „2K - Epoxi Protect und EPOXI Härter 77000“ 8/36Std - zweiter Epoxy Protect Anstrich „2K - Epoxi Protect und EPOXI Härter 77000“ 8/36Std 4. ANTIFOULING Die folgenden Anstriche müssen an einem Tag erfolgen … ins leicht backige/feuchte streichen! - dritter Epoxy Protect Anstrich „2K -Epoxi Protect und EPOXI Härter 77000“ / am gleichen Tag - 1 x Anstrich „Marine-Silber-Primer“ - 1 x Hartantifouling „PFT-HartAntifouling“ / Je nach Gewässer und Boot kann das auch ein Weichantifouling sein. Dann wird noch ein Antifouling aufgebraucht. Hier ist der zeitliche Abstand nicht so wichtig. - 1x Weichantifouling „LB25“ Das Boot 10 Tage ruhen lassen bevor es ins Wasser kommt. FERTIG! Mengen: Für jeden Anstrich habe ich ca. 2 Liter Farbe benötig. Das Boot ist knapp 9 Meter lang (29 Fuss) und etwas über 3 Meter breit. Kosten: Für die Farben etc. habe ich ca. 750,00 Euro bezahlt Zeit: Insgesamt habe wir ca. 130 Stunden benötigt - inkl. polieren des Rumpfes Hinweise: - das alte Antifouling sowie die Farbreste usw. ordnungsgemäss Entsorgen (Werft / Schadstoff-Sammelstelle etc.) - Arbeitsschutz tragen - gute Laune und Nerven behalten ;-)

Per un giorno non navighiamo e ne approfittiamo per girare in scooter l'Isola di San Pietro, con le sue bellezze naturali, le antiche tonnare e il pittoresco borgo di Carloforte. In quest' isola si sono trasferite quasi cent'anni fa, delle famiglie di pescatori genovesi provenienti da Tabarca (i "tabarchini") ed ancora oggi il dialetto locale ha forti influenze genovesi e per Mauro è quasi un ritorno a casa. In serata facciamo conoscenza con padre e figlio francesi che girano il Mediterraneo con la loro barca. Nascerà una bella amicizia che proseguirà per il resto dell'estate.
