After clearing the Pentland Firth the at the very top of Scotland I headed out into the Atlantic and started heading towards Iceland. Unfortunately, during heavy weather my first reef line broke as I was putting in the second reef and the ensuing stress on the mainsail turned a sail that was on its last voyage into a ripped and useless mess.
