Del estay al tope de palo hay como tres metros. Esto hace que no podamos subirnos con una driza, ya que el palo se doblaría en exceso pudiendo llegar a romperse. Cuando posamos el palo en los caballetes observamos que tiene tres hilos rotos debido al giro del enrollador del foque. Es una avería común en muchos estays con enrollador. Fácilmente en un enrollado, desenrollado, virada o racha de viento, hubiera roto con la posible desarboladura del mástil.

Day 26 of 75 Hard and the challenge is starting to feel real now! This morning aboard Dream we completed another Couch to 10K session, followed by yoga stretching and a final run back to the boat. Little by little we’re improving, and we’re both really starting to enjoy the running now.
