She is hand made in steel, 2004, with a round bilge (hull) and a modified coach roof. This makes her a ‘one off’ and in my opinion the most beautiful Van De Stadt 36 ever built. The camera gear: Main camera is a Panasonic Hc-v700. Most shots are done with an external mic (Shenggu sg 108) with a sponge and dead kitten attached. Action stuff and small blogging is done with a Sony Hdr-as30v. Underwater video Gopro3plus. Editing: Final cut pro on a Macbook. Most of the material for each video is filmed over a period of several weeks or so and the editing of each episode is normally done over a day. This process can take longer if original music is used or permissions are needed for copyrighted materials etc. Much time is spent sorting out technical problems. In this case I normally get the help of a younger person who understands computerie stuff! There are also times when filming, editing and uploading is not possible due to being at sea or in locations with no internet access. Content: I have found that filming and releasing material over a period of time is better than doing ‘vlog’ style videos and trying to make episodes out of whats happened in a week, regardless if it’s good content or not. By filming over a period of time I can be more selective in what goes into each video. My aim is to avoid ‘blar bar mundane’ and have at least one or two exciting and interesting events in every video. Every video has to be entertaining. Big breeze, big waves and one capsize marked the start of the 2017 GC32 Racing Tour's penultimate event on the Bay of Calvi

** NOW SOLD ** HUN SEA BABY, a single owner 2010 Hanse 320, is presented exclusively for sail with the team at Yoti Pittwater. Hun Sea baby is a two-cabin layout and, for a boat of her size, provides a generous amount of internal space which includes an impressive head/shower compartment and large double owners cabin. As far as her sail-ability goes, she is quick off the mark, highly manoeuvrable and easily sailed 2 up or even single handed, again thanks to the Hanse signature self-tacking headsail system. A larger headsail, a #1 by North sails, utilises the factory fitted genoa tracks. The generous cockpit is teak lined and there is a large colour Raymarine C90/W chart plotter mounted directly in front of the wheel on the steering binnacle. The fold down swim platform behind the wheel allows easy access to the water, and a stainless steel swim ladder is provided for ease of getting back on board after that refreshing swim. Storms and night sailing in the world's busiest shipping lane gets the adrenaline going in this week's video. Continuing our stay next to Peanut Island in the Palm Beach area, we decide to spend as much time as we can in the water. Having received a snorkeling hookah from one of our viewers, we've finally found a place to test it out as Matt goes in the water to clean away 'the Inidiantown funk' as he calls it. Bringing ourselves closer to shore, we also snorkel the island with it's formation of rocks set up to bring in sea life. Not much coral to view, but we did see a lot of species of fish, plus a nurse shark! Culminating with my birthday spent with new friends in downtown West Palm Beach, we couldn't be happier with the relaxed and unscheduled vibe that cruising has brought to us once again. Too bad it won't last, as in the next episode it's time to bring EOL back home to Indiantown Marina for finishing touches before we ready to cruise full time. Cheers from our shakedown! This is something really special! We were invited to a very special event put on by Auto-Archives (William and Jo Taylor) hosted at the Golden, CO Hagerty office. It was a recreation of the official Goodwood Revival. We even had a very special message from Lord March himself! Everyone was encouraged to dress in period clothes and we all brought our older classic cars. Auto-Archives and Hagerty put on an incredible event that was also a nice fundraiser for Auto-Archives. The team at Hagerty went all out and their office was amazing! We had a live video feed of the races and even had our own racing on the elaborate slot car track set up with authentic corners and cars. What a night! Food was great as well.
