Whilst we did not compete in the race, we did take part as a follower and a support boat. The racers had a real challenge as there was very little wind whereas we had no problem because, not being constrained by the rules, we were able to use our engine. We seize the day with a stop at Man Island before continuing to our anchorage. We spend the next day touring the ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS Dunmoretown, where all the rich people come to stay in Eleuthera. The marinas are full of mega yachts and the streets are full of colorful hotels, vistas, and restaurants. On the east side of the island is famous pink sand beach, due to crushed up coral. We find it to be the place to be on a Sunday afternoon, and chill there for a bit before a late lunch with the biggest conch sandwich I've ever seen! We realize we have a weather window coming up in our favor to make the 950 jump from Eleuthera down to St. Martin, and get the boat in passage ready mode. Cheers from the Bahamas! The highlights of my recent Paragliding trip in Oludeniz. I was mainly doing SIV training. SIV loosely translates to simulated in-flight incidents training. Oludeniz is an epic location with beautiful views and a range of good takeoff spots on Babadag mountain which has a peak at 1969 m. It is 90% tandem flying for tourists, the other 10% are mostly doing SIV courses, as the open water can be reached quickly from the takeoff spots. I am creating another video on Oludeniz. In 'vlog' style it features more shots of the maneuvers I practiced and also info on the various take offs that are available in Oludeniz.
