On 6th June 2020 I had planned to play this tune on SWORD beach in memory of all those that fought on D Day 1944. The global pandemic frustrated that plan so I recorded it at home instead. We will remember them.

We show how we cook dorada. We got it from our spearfishing. A very simple recipe and a very tasty result. In a common kitchen. In electric grill in the cooker. No special equipment needed. Today together with Chef's Hands we will show you how we cook dorada. Very simple and tasty. In a common kitchen. We are cooking a dorada from our spearfishing. Feel free to use one from a shop fresh or frozen. Remove frozen dorada from the freezer and put it in the fridge 1day before cooking. To get a beatiful color we first make cuts on each side if the fish and then put it in water where we mixed 2 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs if salt. You can also add soya sauce like we do. Keep for 30 min. Not less. After that we take the fish out and remove the remaining water with a paper towel. We put it in the cooking tray and pour some olive oil on both sides. Insert toothsticks from inside the fish, like Chef's Hands are showing. It will make the grilling easier. Feel free to add your favorite spices. We add different peppers. Now - grill time! Put dorada in the electric grill. We have one in the cooker. Check every 10 min. Once one side becomes golden, turn to the other side. So our delicious dorada is now ready. Total grill time was 25 min. The weight is about 1 kg. You can add lemon now, but never do it before the fish is grilled. It will kill the real taste of the fish. Our dorada looks and smells great! Los Aves Sotavento is the western island group of the Los Aves Archipelago north off the Venezuelan mainland. The water is crystal clear and there is usually a stiff breeze of 20 to 25 knots which makes it a great kite surf spot. The boys and Manu kited forth and back like crazy and Micha finally talked me into trying out some kite surfing after my first initial days of refusal due to being scared of possible injuries... Which Propeller has the best output, in this video I find out. Late 2019 I brought a new Tohatsu 9.8hp 2 stroke engine for my dingy. It came with no spare parts so while in Europe I ordered amount other things a spare propeller. I ordered it in a slightly different dimension than the original so decided to find out which was more suited to our situation. We did some back to back timed tests and ended up with a pretty accurate if unscientific result. In this video we take a kayak expedition through Ko Hong before taking off for Khoa Ta Poo. You probably know Khoa Ta Poo by it's movie name... Jame Bond Island. We drop anchor close by, and dinghied the short distance to Khao Phing Kan. This is the island where the villain in the 1974 Bond flick, The Man With The Golden Gun, built his evil lair. We tour the island and watch the sun set over Aquarius anchored near by. Then, we try to get back, but there is a surprise waiting underwater for us during our dinghy ride back to Aquarius. Episode 128 Another week in lock down but hey look at the bright side.. we're at level 3 now which means one step closer to more borders opening up. This week we get our lithium's charging from our alternator, which means we installed our Victron buck boosts. What are Victron Buck Boosts? Check the link below 👇 https://www.victronenergy.com/dc-dc-converters/buck-boost-dc-dc-converter-25a-50a Get it here: https://amzn.to/3MdTuUC This means we can now safely charge our lithium batteries with our engines because these bad boys help regulate the voltage from the alternator to the specified voltage of the lithium batteries and also protects the alternator because it reduces the amount of amps from the alternator. So if we do have continuous days of no sun, we can at least charge our batteries via our engines now. We also thought we could salvage our crazed hatched by giving it a good ol cut and polish but unfortunately she was not salvageable. Ricky was really irritated that the whole boat is new and we had this crappy leaky hatch that you could not see through so we bought another one and replaced it. See ya next week!!
