We left the pirate fest in Galveston and headed to Kemah for lunch on the boardwalk and watch the sailboats come in and out of the marina. After we got back on the road home we drove past the Sam Houston Monument outside of Huntsville, TX. When we finally got back, we were greeted with a hail storm, but we didn't let that stop us from going to the VFW after it was over for open mic night! In this episode, we mix sailing with storytelling — from history shaped by the Peace of Roskilde in 1658 to modern events that nearly sparked conflict. No drone shots this time (we’re inside a military zone), but plenty of sailing, scenery, and history along the way.
