A good point raised by one of our viewers (thanks Trent) is that the local laws in each country also varies in relation to what is allowed to be done or not done, what should be covered by warranty and even if the warranty documents from your brand of boat is written and signed by you, the local laws take precedence. For example in Dubai, 2 years warranty is obligatory by law and US law enforces that the company cannot force you to use their products or their mechanics(thanks Bill). PASSAGGIO PROPIETA’ BANDIERA POLACCA (5 min) Siamo giunti alla puntata finale di questa serie “Mi compro la barca usata” Tutto è in ordine e manca solo l’ultimo passo per diventare finalmente armatore della tua barca! La parte burocratica. Non essendo un esperto di pratiche nautiche, ti racconterò come si è svolta la mia procedura di passaggio di proprietà di un’imbarcazione di 44 piedi battente bandiera polacca, mantenendo la bandiera in questione. Anche in questo caso ho preferito rivolgermi ad un agenzia. Quindi dato che non sono un esperto ho voluto passare la palla a chi dei “Passaggi di proprietà” ne ha fatto il proprio mestiere. La prima cosa che ho fatto insieme all’agenzia è il “preliminare di acquisto”. Questa detto in modo semplificato è una bozza dell’atto di vendita. Vengono inseriti gli accordi economici, i dati del venditore e dell’acquirente e quelli della barca. Come ti dicevo nella precedente puntata dove abbiamo parlato della perizia, in questo momento potrai chiedere all’agenzia di inserire la clausola indicante che il tuo impegno a comprare è subordinato al buon esito della perizia. Accompagnato al preliminare d’acquisto di prassi si paga al venditore una parte della barca (solitamente un 5%) a titolo di caparra confirmatoria. Oltre al venditore di norma anche l’agenzia ti chiederà un anticipo per cominciare l’espletamento delle pratiche. Una volta saldata la barca parte la vera e propria pratica. Ma quanto è costata tutta la pratica? Qui ho ricevuto una bella sorpresa! Guardando sul web avevo fatto una previsione di spesa attorno ai mille euro per un passaggio con bandiera Polacca, ma il conto è stato molto più salato! Per questo motivo nella seconda puntata dove abbiamo parlato di budget ti ho vivamente consigliato di alzare il telefono e farti fare i preventivi! Il costo della pratica è stato il doppio ed ora ti elenco le spese nel dettaglio: - Costo per rilascio nuova licenza polacca (provvisoria e definitiva), inclusa la licenza del VHF, codice MMSI e tutte le traduzioni in lingua € 850+ IVA - Costo per atto di vendita ed imposta di registro € 1055 comprensivo di IVA Eh si! Perché nonostante la bandiera batta bandiera polacca ho comunque dovuto pagare l’imposta di registro italiana, che ammonta a € 809 in quanto le firme sono state autenticate in Italia. - Altre spese sono state l’autentica delle firme circa ed il corriere internazionale circa facciamo cifra tonda a circa €100 - Totale pratica € 2200 circa iva compresa! Finalmente sei il proprietario della tua barca ed insieme siamo giunti alla conclusione di questa serie “Mi compro la barca usata” Ricordati che per tutto il processo ti ho voluto descrivere quella che è stata la mia esperienza personale, ma ricorda anche che ogni esperienza ma soprattutto ogni barca è a se! Pêcher en grande croisière. Lorsque l'on part en grande croisière, pour un tour de l'atlantique ou un tour du monde, la question de la pêche se pose à un moment ou à un autre. Ce qui est drôle, c'est que cette question se pose que l'on soit pêcheur ou non. Si comme nous, vous n'étiez pas féru de pêche avant d'imaginer partir un jour naviguer au long cours, tout un tas de questions se bouscule alors dans votre tête : - quel matériel dois-je emporter? - qu'est-ce qui est indispensable et qu'est-ce qui ne l'est pas? - quel type de pêche vais-je pratiquer? - ... Si par malheur, tout néophite que nous sommes, entrons dans un magasin spécialisé, au regard de la multitude d'articles disponibles tout devient indispensable. A la sortie, on a rempli le bateau et vidé son compte en banque pour au final, pêcher pour un centième de la valeur du matériel investi.
