Con i piedi direttamente sulla superficie, si percepiscono immediatamente le variazioni del terreno, la presenza di acqua o la perdita di grip. Questo aumenta il tuo equilibrio e riduce il rischio di scivolare, perché sei più consapevole delle condizioni sotto di te. Tuttavia, bisogna fare attenzione a non ferirsi con spigoli, bitte o cordame sparso.
