Another HIIT session completed this morning and honestly… I started this workout feeling tired and sluggish. But once that second circuit kicked in, everything started coming together again. Today’s session included: 💥 Battle ropes warm-up 💪 Resistance band training 🔥 Core exercises 🚶‍♂️ Recovery-focused movement for the knee I had planned a bike workout this morning, but my knee had other ideas. Looks like running and biking may need another week off while I let it recover properly. It’s frustrating, but learning when to adapt instead of quit is all part of the challenge. We also nearly had a 75 Hard disaster last night… 😅 At 10:30 PM Jen suddenly realised she hadn’t taken her progress photos! Safe to say the camera came out VERY quickly and disaster was avoided. After months of waiting, my brand new Island Spirit catamaran has finally made it from the factory to the marina! The boat was trucked 38 kilometers down the road, and now the real work begins. In this episode, we watch the crew carefully unload the yacht from the truck, move it into position at the marina, glue the keels into place with hydraulic presses, step the mast with a crane, and lift the hardtop into place. These are some of the biggest and most stressful steps before the boat can finally go in the water. It was simple enough to get passports stamped but there's much more. You need to also check in at the Tourist desk and pay for your time in the country. In our case it was 80E for the boat and us together. Not bad. Next came Yacht Assist. A must do. I thought the name implied some assistance but it does not. They will examine every bit of your documentation prior to giving you a Vignetta(cruising permit). This must be done prior to harbor master approval. Once complete, you are good to go for as long as you vignette is allowed. If you check out and check back in, you will need to repeat the process. Overall, we love Montenegro. We fell in love with Porto Montenegro and Lustica bay. Both were developed by the same company.

This episode is mostly a sailing feel good video with calm river excursions and smooth sailing but not without a little bit of drama as we return to lovely Elba and sail around the Island so stick around to the end. We also share some anchoring tip for soft mud.. We are a middle aged couple that has left our hectic business lives to go sailing with our sailboat Fridá af Wisby and our cat Litza. Our goal is sail the Mediterrainean Sea and really enjoy life. Anders has been at the sea most of his life and sailed for the Swedish national dingy sailing team as a young man. Gitte has also grown up with boats and spent every summer sailing with her father as a teenager. Onboard we also have our cat Litza a 4 year old Devon Rex we call her the cattain because cats always decide over their humans. After the hurricane, he was gifted a damaged 37ft sailboat named Oopsea. JT repaired the boat himself, spending thousands of pounds on repairs and storage fees. He successfully got the boat back into the water and finally had a home again. Soon after, he returned to the boatyard to fix a rudder bearing issue. Once repairs were finished, he was suddenly presented with a salvage bill of around $13,000 USD. JT says the salvage bill was never agreed to and included charges for work never done. When he refused to pay, the boat was effectively held in the yard. Storage fees continued increasing month after month while the dispute dragged on. During that time, equipment and gear were allegedly stolen from the boat. The salvage company later dismissed the salvage debt, but the storage debt remained. At 80 years old, JT was left effectively homeless again and uncertain if he could ever recover his boat. A GoFundMe was started to help JT either recover or replace his home on the water
