From deep cleaning and bleaching our canvas, whitening the gel coat on the sugar scoop, and repairing worn canvas, to installing new stainless steel to reinforce our solar panels on the existing solar arch — it’s all hands on deck. We also finally get our depth transducer and chart plotter compass reading sorted, which has been a long time coming. Despite a few unexpected setbacks, it feels amazing to make real progress and start preparing Escapade properly for what lies ahead. The Pacific is calling, and we’re getting ready to answer.
