How to cook seabass very easy and very tasty. In a common kitchen. In electric grill of the cooker. No special eqiupment needed. We are cooking the fish from our spearfishing, feel free to use any fish red or white, fresh or frozen. Cook it and you will like it! Stay safe and healthy! Специальное оборудование не требуется. Мы готовим рыбу, которую добыли на подводной охоте, но можно использовать любую рыбу: белую и красную, свежую и замороженную. Всем здоровья и хорошего настроения!🌿 Please find below the English translation of the recipe: To add to the fish a nice slightly smoky taste we use common wooden boards. Such boards can be found at any shop that sells accessories for grill. Or you can use any board that you have of similar sizes. Except boards from fir-trees or other needle trees because they have too much resin and provide too much smell. We put the boards in the water for 30 minutes, after that they are ready for use. Optionally you can add to the water lemon juice, pome-granate juice, sliced ginger. For this way of cooking you can use any fish: fresh or frozen, white or red. We are cooking seabass from our spearfishing. Sometimes we cook salmon or trout on board too, and it is really delicious. For preparation of the fish for cooking in electric grill please see our previous video where we cook dorada. When this is done add some olive oil, salt and spices or herbs of your liking and insert toothsticks to separate the sides of the fish. Put the fish on the board. You can also add some lemon on the sides, just see that it doesn't touch the fish. Now we are ready for the grill! Check every 5 minutes. Total grill time varies from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the size and type of fish. So... our seabass is ready in less than 15 minutes. Looks and smells great! Cook it and you will like it! The Coco de Mer is the theme of Part 6 of our Seychelles Sailing Cruise. Here we find out about the Coco De Mer that grows only in the Seychelles! We visit Praslin Island for a walk in the Ravin Du Fond Nature Park, and filmed the guided tour for you so you can learn about the Coco de Mer too! It is basically a nut from a Palm tree that grows in beautifully round curves! The male tree of this same kind, grows in a shape that will be much more familiar to all my male viewers! After the Coco de Mer discovery we sail our Lagoon 42 catamaran to Cote d'Or beach on Praslin to explore, and in the evening we anchor out at Anse St Jose on the southwest coast of Curieuse Island. In 1997, after a disastrous Olympic rowing campaign, Rob decided to row a seven-metre plywood boat, 2500 miles from Tenerife in the Canary Islands to Barbados in the Caribbean. It took 6 weeks and he and his rowing partner, Phil Stubbs, won the inaugural Atlantic Rowing Race. Skip forward to 2014, we invested in Javelot a 43 ft Fountaine Pajot catamaran. Armed only with Robert's 3 years of racing P class yachts from the age of 11 to 13, and Rachel's non existent sailing knowledge, we set off to learn the ropes of ocean sailing. We broke stuff, replaced stuff and got to know our boat before heading offshore with our three children, Finn 17, Declan 15 and Ivan 12, in tow. Through trial and error, we have become confident wayfarers, kind of. Our plan? To sail around the world, meet the locals and record our adventures. Part of the journey will be retracing Rob’s eldest brother Kerry’s travels at sea. Using Kerry’s original letters from the 1970’s we will re trace his movements from Australia through Indonesia and South East Asia to Cambodia where Kerry’s life was cut short after straying into Cambodian waters in 1978. Après une escale de deux jours, à cause d'une nouvelle panne moteur (le temps que la société KER Méca n'intervienne, grand merci à yanick), j'appareille en solo ce coup-ci en direction d'Arzal pour une Nav d'environ 30 Milles N. (le moteur retombera en panne pile au passage de l’écluse !!! pour finalement rendre l'âme définitivement). du coup pas de vidéos car j'étais un peu pris par les manœuvres

Salut tout le monde, j'espère que vous allez bien. Moi je suis un peu bouleversée en ces temps de grands changements qui se produisent un peu partout dans le monde. Comme plusieurs, dans les dernières semaines, j'ai "allumé" comme on dit en bon québécois, et réalisé à quel point le racisme existe malheureusement encore plus qu'on ne peut le penser. J'ai lu sur le sujet, et surtout j'ai écouté et j'ai appris. J'apprend encore, à tous les jours. Et nous devrions tous faire de même. Je vous invite à le faire. Et je vous invite à regarder en vous voir comment vous vous sentez à mesure où vous en apprenez davantage, à ouvrir les discutions avec les gens qui vous entourent et finalement, à ne plus rester silencieux face aux injustices faites envers les communautés noires. . We finally leave Lund BC after getting our shaft fixed and head to Prideaux Haven where we are greeted with more rain and wind. Welcome to sailing in the Pacific Northwest during Fall. But the rain cleared and we enjoyed exploring one of the most beautiful anchorages in Desolation Sound! While we wished we could have ventured up Toba Inlet, a few storms were in the forecast for the next week and with the temporary fix of our shaft, we decided it was best to start heading south. Es wird eine schöne Zeit in diesem gemütlichen Hafen, wo wir wegen Sturms drei Tage abwettern müssen. Aber wir nutzen die Zeit auch für ein wundervolles Abenteuer an Land, welches eines der Highlights der Reise wird. Aber seht lieber selbst! With little Suria to Norway # 04 It goes south again towards home through the Baltic Sea. It is only a short sailing trip from Skagen to Aalbaek in northern Denmark. It will be a great time in this cozy harbor, where we have to make a break for three days because of the storm. But we also use the time for a wonderful adventure on land, which will be one of the highlights of the trip. Enjoy!

It is time to get the boat in the water and this year I try out the Hempel Silic One propeller kit which is a silicone based product for the propeller to prevent algae and barnacles on the prop. I also clean the drain from the sink in the bathroom due to a always returning smell from the drain when the boat is in the water.
