The attitude towards life associated with kitesurfing and the fun of what is perhaps the most fascinating sliding sport make up our lessons. As a VDWS kite school, we value high quality and safe training in small groups. Our kite trainers have many years of training experience and will bring you to the board with proven training concepts and lots of fun. The kite area Fuerteventura is known for its very constant winds throughout the year. The strong, constant north-east trade wind always blows here, especially in the summer months. Our kite training takes place directly on the World Cup beach in Sotavento. Optimal training conditions in a shallow lagoon, protected by a sandbank, give you the security you need to learn. In a dreamy location, the lagoon spreads over the beach of Sotavento depending on the tide. Over a length of 4km, an up to 300m wide, shallow area is filled with sea water. From beginners to full professionals, everyone gets their money's worth!

Zum anderen hat das Thema „Sicherheit draußen“ noch eine ganz andere Dimension, über die wir uns auch ausgetauscht haben. Die Erfahrungen, die du draußen machst, außerhalb deiner Alltagsmatrix, außerhalb der gewohnten Denkbahnen, haben einen ganz anderen Charakter und können dich unsicher machen. Denn die Natur hat kein „Narrativ“, keine erfundenen Geschichten - die Natur gibt kraftvolle und mächtige Statements ab; du wirst nicht aufgefordert mitzureden, sondernd deine eigene Antwort darauf zu finden und vor allem rechtzeitig zu handeln. Wenn es kalt wird, ziehst du dir natürlich eine Jacke an. Wenn es regnet, baust du dir am besten einen Shelter. Hast du das Material oder das praktische Wissen dazu nicht, dumm gelaufen. Aber dann machst du’s beim nächsten Mal einfach besser! Die unmittelbare Begegnung mit den Energien da draußen wirft auch ein neues Licht auf die Energien in dir selbst. Zum Beispiel werden wir am Ende dieses Seminars müde zum Auto zurückkommen. Nachdem alles bis zum Abbau des Camps super gelaufen ist mit Spuren lesen, Abstand von Wegen halten, Himmelsrichtungen einschätzen, Knoten und verschieden Tarp Aufbauten lernen – haben wir uns auf dem Rückweg doch noch einmal „verlaufen“! Nur ein kleiner Umweg von ein paar Kilometern durch das Gelände zurück – aber mit deutlichem Ausschlag auf der Wohlfühskala nach unten. Müdigkeit und Grenzerfahrung gehören zu fast jeder Outdoor Erfahrung dazu. Bewegst du dich aus deiner geistigen Traumlandschaft heraus, kommst du zuweilen auch an deine Grenzen! Zuerst rollen die Beschwerden und Projektionen an - aber am Ende des Tages wird es doch dunkel, wird es doch kalt. Da hilft eben keine Beschwerde. Und unsere Teilnehmer waren großartig! Habe kein Mitleid mit dir selbst! Eine der ersten Lektionen in der Kampfkunst und im Outdoor Training. Es ist viel leichter, allein in der Natur mit der Natur in Kontakt zu kommen als in der Gruppe. So für dich allein fällt dir nämlich recht schnell auf, dass dein eigenes Kopfkino dich an die Matrix bindet. – Du bist selbst der benutzte Gaul und der unfreundliche Besitzer zugleich. Aber das kann sich ja ändern, nicht wahr?

This is a review of Lego Star Wars Armored Assault Tank, Set 75283. This Set is a must have for any Clone wars fan. It comes with both Ahsoka Tano in Mandalorian stile armor and a 332nd Company trooper with helmets were painted in a stylized version of her face. These characters where shown in season 7 of the Star Wars Clone wars series. This was a nice little build. Note: I made an error when I said that the Ahsoka where only in two episodes. It was in four episodes. First seen in Ep 9 Old Friends Not Forgotten. DISCLAIMER: In this video I do show an alternative head peace that is NOT official Lego! I am not promoting the sale of Knockoff Lego, this is the first and only time I have ever bought an unofficial minifigure and it was only to substitute a peace for a set I already own. I strongly encourage others to only buy authentic Lego. This head peace is a unique mold that is not offered by Lego and Lego has not created a comparable please that is screen accurate to Ahsoka Tano in Season 7. Please do not ask where I bought this please. If in the future, Lego creates a peace that is screen accurate. This week we continue to discover Bocas del toro, surfing in big waves and hiking the beautiful island of Carenero. We hire a taxi with our friends and go to the north of Isla Colon, to Playa Bluff. The conditions there can be hectic, some of our other friends broke three boards when whey were there (I am a bit nervous). Kieran kills it in the surf, but hurts himself in the big waves... Wanting to explore more of the islands nearby, we dingy over to the island of Carenero. Hearing that there is a lot of wildlife there, I am looking high and low determined to see something. The day of days has arrived! Our new Precision sails are here and we’re eager to get them on our boat and go for a sail! In this episode we left from Marigot Bay in St Martin and headed south east around the island to a beautiful little spot called Ile Fourche just off the coast of St Barts! The new sails performed beautifully, they took a fantastic shape and drove the boat forward with much less heeling than our old, baggy jib. Suffice to say we are very happy with them. Als wir den Alkoven auseinander schrauben, finden wir eindeutige Hinterlassenschaften. Wir haben eine Maus im Wohnmobil. Wir machen uns auf die Suche und stellen fest, so klein ist das Tier gar nicht. Haben wir eine Ratte an Board? Schon seit ein paar Tagen spielen wir mit dem Gedanken, Sardinien vielleicht zu verlassen. Als bekannt gegeben wird, dass Sardinien nun zur roten Zone erklärt wird, fällt die Entscheidung leichter. Ciao Amici! Bentornati sul Giugyssima! Nel vlog di oggi vi mostrerò la study routine che seguo in questo periodo quando ho 6 ore a disposizione da studiare. Vi porterò con me nel corso di un sabato pomeriggio dedicato allo studio in cui ho studiato 6 senza pause per avere più tempo libero la domenica. In questa lunga sessione di studio mi vedrete fare molto active recall e spaced repetition per non dimenticare i concetti che imparo. Premetto che non tutti i miei pomeriggi di studio sono così, prima di tutto perché lavoro a tempo pieno e quindi non potrei materialmente studiare per 6 ore di fila ogni pomeriggio. Tuttavia, quanto ho 6 ore a disposizione, per me è utile dedicarle allo studio senza fare pause, concentrarmi al massimo ed entrare nel flow per portare a termine tutto il programma assegnato alla giornata. Come vedrete, il segreto é alternare bene le materie. Spero che il video vi piaccia e vi motivi a studiare in modo efficiente, ma ricordate sempre di dedicare del tempo allo sport e allo svago. Neste dia com o auxílio do caminhão com guincho instalamos o mastro com a ajuda do Vavo, Carlos Pastorelo, Andrey e Sérgio. Não foi possível filmar até o final da operação pois não teve espaço no cartão de memória, mas a parte principal está neste vídeo.

Neste dia colocamos as madeiras nas bordas do barco, muito difícil de fixar pela curvatura do casco mas com a ajuda do Daniel e depois de muito esforço deu tudo certo, o visual ficou muito bom e serve também de proteção para o casco.

E ora che sono a Sanremo? Beh, la visito! Sanremo è, per antonomasia, la città della canzone italiana, ma non solo; altro famosissimo simbolo della città è il casinò… e dove mettiamo la chiesa russa? e la lunghissima pista ciclabile? Arrivare a Sanremo dal mare è una gran bella esperienza. Ci dimentichiamo sempre che i posti si possono raggiungere anche via mare, e raggiungerli così dà una grande soddisfazione.
