Marathon boot key is a beautiful community no doubt but what made this visitation so special was the lack of power boats in the water! We were here in April of 2020 and the world was still very much shut down. The sea creatures were so playful and happy to free-range without the fear or propellors, The waters were so clear, The beaches were empty, and Sombereo Reef wasnt taken over by charter boats! It was a beautiful thing to witness! Now I want to address that we always wore our masks in public, and sanitized regularly, We stayed away from strangers and did what we needed to do to survive :) Music provided by Artlist.

Sailing Mediterranean Sea - Spotting dolphins and outrunning lightning storm in Turkey. It were quite interesting days sailing along turkey coast in the mediterranean. It felt like sailing in winter but our Sailing Yacht Beneteau 57 could handle the strong guts and the waves perfectly. And luckily we outrun the lightning storm and found this beautiful bay - English harbour - very protected. We had amazing days as a family and could recharge after a challenging sail. I have started to wonder if Martinique is the place where pleasure boats go to die in the Caribbean. It's so many wrecks here and still more added to the endless list of wrecks. Show dos golfinhos em meio a uma travessia de veleiro é o que todos sempre querem. No trecho Rio Grande - Porto Belo tivemos ventos favoráveis e a velejada foi show de bola. Um passeio de barco inesquecível. Quase 2 dias sem ligar o motor com as velas em formato asa de pombo fazendo a alegria da tripulação. Vale lembrar aqui que não fizemos o registro mas o piloto automático quebrou no meio da travessia e o Mestre Rene Garrafielo consertou em poucos minutos mas não antes de dar 2 jibes e 2 cambadas com o barco meio sem controle por alguns segundos... Emoções de uma aventura inesquecível... A travessia de veleiro pela costa brasileira é muito temida por diversos velejadores. Você aí que nunca velejou e está com dúvidas se é ou não para você... nós aconselhamos a planejar bem e ir atrás desse objetivo com tudo pois estar em um veleiro em águas abertas em contato com a imensidão dos oceanos, não tem preço!!!
