We continue working with our solar arch, we do the final welds on the arch itself and start working on the frame that will hold the solar panels. We also continue with the sanitary hoses, and face some struggles as we try to take them out. We're finally starting work on our custom solar arch for the sailboat! In this episode, we build the main structure using welded bends, cut and fit horizontal pipes, and tackle a few unexpected mistakes along the way. We also add dinghy davits and begin reinforcing the arch with smaller support pipes. Then it’s time for a test fit on the boat to see how everything lines up—still just tack welded for now, but it’s really starting to take shape!
