ולוג סרדיניה חלק 2 +מתכונים למטה!: בחיים האלה צריך להיות יצירתיים ולהשתמש במה שיש לנו כדי להתגבר על המגבלות יש לנו שתי מגבלות עיקריות: הגדולה ביותר היא מים- יש לנו מכלים שיכולים להכיל 360 ליטר, אבל לא פשוט למצוא איפה למלא אותם (מה גם שמים עולים כסף ו... אנחנו מרוששים) אז לקחנו ברזנט ישן, צינור וכמה משקולות והופה! יש לנו מערכת חדשה לאיסוף מי גשמים הישר מהענן! אנחנו כל כך מתרגשים ולא יכולנו לחכות לגשם הראשון כדי לנסות אותה כבר! המגבלה השנייה היא: גל לא יודעת לבשל 😂 אז דני החליט להפתיע אותה בקורס בישול סרדיני אמיתי עם דמיאנו שילמד אותה קצת מתכונים מסורתיים מהבית של הסבתא האיטלקייה ש??ו תאחלו לה בהצלחה... ~~מתכונים!~~ CULURGIONES (פסטה ממולאת סרדינית מסורתית) לבצק: 4 ו-3/4 כוסות (600 גרם) של קמח סמולינה דק או קמח חיטה דורום 1 ו-1/3 כוסות (300 מ"ל) מים בטמפרטורת החדר מלח לפי הטעם המילוי: 3 תפוחי אדמה אדומים גדולים 10 עלי נענע טריים קצוצים דק 1 ו-1/3 (120 גרם) כוסות גבינת פקורינו טרייה 1 ו-1/3 כוסות (120 גרם) גבינת פקורינו מתובלת/קשה 1 כוס (100 גרם) של גבינה מעט חמוצה 1 שן שום, קצוצה דק הוראות שלב 1 - הכן את המילוי מניחים את תפוחי האדמה במחבת עם מים קרים ומביאים לרתיחה. מבשלים את תפוחי האדמה השלמים והלא קלופים במי מלח עד שמזלג עובר דרכם. שטפו אותם במים קרים, וברגע שהם קרים מקלפים אותם ומועכים אותם. מוסיפים את הגבינות המגוררות, השום והנענע. מערבבים היטב. מכסים את התערובת בניילון נצמד ונותנים לה לנוח במקרר לפחות כמה שעות. שלב 2 - הכן את הבצק מוסיפים מים מלוחים בהדרגה לקמח ולשים ברציפות. עובדים במרץ עד שמתקבל בצק חלק וללא גושים. עוטפים את הבצק בניילון נצמד ונותנים לו לנוח חצי שעה. שלב 3 - הכן את ה-CULURGIONES מרדדים את הבצק למשטח מקומח היטב ולעלים דקים של כ-1 מ"מ ובעזרת חותכן או כוס קורצים כמה דפים עגולים בקוטר של כ-8 ס"מ (3 אינץ'). בכל אחד מהם שמים מנת מלית בגודל אגוז מלך. סוגרים עם סגירת השפיץ הקלאסית, כפי שמוצג בסרטון. תצטרך לצבוט את הקצה ולקפל אותו אל עצמו, ולחזור על זה עד שתסגור את הקולורג'יון. מניחים אותם על מגש מקומח. סרטון קיפול קולורג'יונס Seadas (מאפה גבינות סרדיני מטוגן ומזולף בדבש) לבצק: 2 ו-3/4 כוסות (400 גרם) של קמח סמולינה דק (אפשר גם קמח רב תכליתי אם אין) 70 גרם שומן בטמפ' החדר (או שמן זית) 1 כוס (250 מיליליטר) מים חמימים קורט מלח למילוי: 2 ו-1/5 ​​כוסות (250 גרם) גבינת דולצ'ה סרדו (dulce serdo) מגוררת או סוג אחר של גבינת פקורינו צעירה עדינה וטרייה קליפת לימון מגוררת לטיגון: 1.5 עד 2 כוסות (300 עד 500 מיליליטר) שמן חמניות ציפוי: דבש באיכות טובה, לפי הטעם שלב 1 - הכן את הבצק שמים בקערה את הקמח אך משאירים מעט בצד ללישה ולרידוד הבצק. ממיסים קורט מלח במים חמים. מוסיפים את המים המלוחים בהדרגה לקמח ולשים ברציפות. מוציאים את הבצק מהקערה ולשים היטב בשתי ידיים. עובדים במרץ עד שמתקבל בצק חלק וללא גושים. נותנים לבצק לנוח לפחות 30 דק', בינתיים מתחילים לקצוץ את הגבינה ולגרר את הלימונים. שלב 2 - הכן את המילוי קוצצים את הגבינה לחתיכות קטנות (לא יותר מ-3 מילימטרים). מגררים את הקליפה של לימון אורגני אחד. -אפשר למלא את הסבאדס פשוט בתערובת הזאת או: ממיסים את הגבינה בסיר על אש נמוכה (אם לוקח לה זמן להנמס אפשר להוסיף כף מים). לאחר ההמסה, מוסיפים את קליפת הלימון, מערבבים, שופכים את התערובת על נייר אפייה ופותחים אותה עם מרית לשכבה בעובי חצי סנטימטר. ברגע שהתערובת התקררה והתקשתה, חורצים עיגולים בחותכן בקוטר 6 ס"מ (עם כוס) שלב 3 - הכן את SEADAS על משטח עבודה מקומח, מרדדים את הבצק ליריעות דקיקות (בעובי של בסביבות 2 מ"מ) ובעזרת חותכן או כוס קורצים לפחות 24 דסקיות בקוטר 10 ס"מ. שמים במרכז כל דיסק תערובת גבינה מותכת- בערך בגודל של משמש (להשאיר סנטימטר פנוי לסגירת הסאדה). מכסים את הדיסקית עם דיסקית בצק נוספת כך שהשוליים יתאימו. בעזרת קצות האצבעות, המפעילים לחץ קל כדי לחבר את הקצוות של שני הדיסקים. C'est un bateau de 11.60m en acier de construction amateur de 1980 dessiné par Guy Saillard architecte . Nous allons passer plusieurs mois à le rénover pour le remettre au gout du jour . Aménagement intérieur , électricité , plomberie , peinture , moteur et a l'extérieur peinture de pont , coque , antifouling entre autres . Une fois les travaux finis , le but est de voyager autour du monde . De la Rochelle pour les Açores , le Cap vert , les Antilles , la Polynésie , L'Australie , L'Afrique ,et retour vers la France ou pas !! SAILBOAT REFIT - beautifying our boom With only 2 weeks left till we go back into the water, we desperately needed to get moving with one of the major jobs on our to do list… sanding and painting the mast and boom so we can put them back! The GC32 Lagos Cup took place 22- 26 June and was a pre-Worlds event for next month’s GC32 World Championship. Swiss America’s Cup challenger Alinghi Red Bull Racing took the event win, with Team Rockwool Racing second and Erik Maris' Zoulou third. Erik Maris also won the Owner Driver trophy.

We sailed around Cabo San Lucas and into the Sea of Cortez. There were some challenging upwind miles before reaching the cruising grounds around the lovely town of La Paz. For several weeks, we sailed the beautiful desert islands of Isla Espiritu Santo and Isla Partida. This part of the Gulf of California has rugged landscapes, ancient cactus groves, and rich wildlife. Julia is an Atkin Designed Ingrid Ketch, built in 1960 in Desolation Sound. It’s time make a start on working out what we are going to need to buy for our time in the Kimberley. We are planning on provisioning for 5 months, so that’s a lot of planning and a lot of stuff! The first step is to empty the pantries, throw out old stuff and do a stocktake of what we have. Magnus shares the references which he has collected for the Kimberley adventure. After leaving Charleston, SC, we decided to head north in a hurry to escape the summer heat. We motored for 4 long days dropping anchor each night. We stopped at Butler Island (just north of the Waccamaw River), Little River Inlet and Wrightsville Beach before making it to our destination, Beaufort, NC. In Beaufort, we enjoyed checking out the massive sport fishing boats that were there for the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament. We visited a yarn shop on Morehead City, did some laundry at the General Store and checked out all the historic homes. Ooooh Barbuda, how we had been longing for you. After a month of staying at the marina in Jolly Harbor, Antigua, we finally put our computers behind to take a sail to the nearby island of Barbuda, which we had been trying to get to in weeks. After a glorious sail to Princess Diana Beach, we finally get to enjoy our little corner of paradise.
