Psaltis was a junior sailor with the Hunters Hill Sailing Club and sailed in his first Sydney to Hobart as a 17-year-old. Psaltis won first place overall, aboard AFR Midnight Rambler, in the storm ravaged 1998 Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. As a sailor, he has represented Australia in the Sardinia Cup and the Southern Cross Cup. He has twice been the overall winner of the Sydney-Mooloolaba Race in the 30-footer, Nuzulu In 1999 he won the Gosford to Lord Howe Island Race with AFR Midnight Rambler, only the second yacht to win both the Hobart and Lord Howe Island races . In 2000 he was voted NSW Yachtsman of the Year.

The 2022 Watersports Inclusion Games for people with physical, sensory, intellectual and learning disabilities took place at Lough Derg, Tipperary. With nearly 100 people taking part, along with 71 volunteers. This year’s participants were offered an expanded range of sports including sailing, powerboating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, water skiing and fishing. The Games are organised by Irish Sailing in partnership with Canoeing Ireland, Clonmel Dragon Boat and Rowing Club, Cycling Ireland, Irish Wakeboard and Waterski Federation, Irish Wheelchair Association, Kinsale Outdoor Education Centre, Lough Derg Fishing Club, Rowing Ireland, Spinal Injuries Ireland, Tipperary Local Sports Partnership, Vision Sports Ireland, and hosted by Lough Derg Yacht Club.

The wind was howling first thing today at Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy, the RS Aero, RS100, RS300 and RS600 braved the conditions and got out on the water after a short postponement 💦. The breeze and short chop created some really challenging conditions inside the harbour but the sailors battled hard. It was awesome to see the RS Aero racing alongside the RS600, although they are decades apart in design, the racing is still as fierce 🔥. Once the single-handers were tucked back in under their covers safely on shore, the RS Feva’s headed out into a slightly moderated breeze but it was still topping out at 20knots! The teams now split into Gold, Silver and Bronze fleet enjoyed tougher competition with a finer margin for error - they did themselves proud! 💪🏼 #rsgames #rssailing #sailitliveitloveit

Day six at the RS Games was unexpected, with the breeze showing a bleak at best forecast heading into the day, most sailors arrived on site ready to wait on shore - they were wrong! The RS Feva fleets headed out first, with three races to complete. The smaller teams were relieved to have a day off of full send sailing and relishing a day of light wind strategic racing. The RS Aero Youth Sailors headed out next, with the light winds holding, there was an excitable buzz around the fleet - they too were looking forward to a day of 'head out of boat' sailing. With less breeze to divide the fleet, the racing was really intense and gave lighter helms the chance to shine. Saving the best till last, the RS100, RS300 and RS600 Classes got three more races under their belt for their National Championship. It was fantastic to see a whole new set of skills from these talented sailors in the light breeze, - racing was tight! So a lot going on in this video. Firstly this is the first sail this season, so it's a good shakedown sail for Mochyn Du. I'm all alone today in really windy conditions, blowing a steady Force 4 all morning, which gets a bit gusty too. I'm not going to lie, it was a nervous start, especially in this weather!! But it didn't take long for all the sailing spider senses to come back and it wasn't long before I was showing off my skills!! I used my new GoPro 360 VR camera for this post, so you can see I can change the position of the camera. I'd be really grateful for any feedback you have on this and whether it should be used going forward. Sorry for the bad lens. Austin comes across a bunker in the side of a mountain. He going inside to find endless tunnels through the mountains. As he goes deeper inside he starts noticing sacrificed goats in some of the rooms as he passes. Bunkers left behind from Albanias days of communism. A bunker is a defensive military fortification designed to protect people and valued materials from falling bombs, artillery, or other attacks. Bunkers are almost always underground, in contrast to blockhouses which are mostly above ground.
