Sailing action in the Southern Indian Ocean! After 1,500 miles and 13 days at sea we cross the equator and battle with the wind and current to line ourselves up for our final turn to Cocos Keeling. We hit terrible squalls with rain and bad winds and the crew gets bounced around a lot. Everyone is having a hard time sleeping but make the best of the situation. Delos is like a little cork in a massive ocean until we find the South East tradewinds and constant wind. We sail along the Sumatra Coast, slowly making progress south and east further and further until we find our course and can turn. Our Mission It’s simple really- we just want to make you SMILE! We do this because we LOVE it. Given our short time on this AMAZING PLANET there’s absolutely, positively, nothing more we’d rather be doing with our time! We hope by sharing this adventure you will find some inspiration in your life. If doesn’t have to be sailing. It can be anything at all. Just take a few minutes every day for yourself, breathe deep and relax, and don’t forget to SMILE! Send Us Love We LOVE sailing, we LOVE traveling, and we LOVE making videos about it! We completed our three-month stint at the yard, documented in complete detail at https://havewindwilltravel.com. Phillip says "Take that 'Hard Times on the Hard!'" We are out of the yard! Looking back, though, it almost seemed easy. Almost. But it was definitely worth it. After three months in the yard, Phillip and I are better boat owners for it and ready to start working on our 1985 Niagara 35 in exotic places. Like Cuba this winter! Let's go!

Catamaran Impi is sailing around the world. We are ready to depart New Zealand for New Caledonia but one menacing weather system follows the next and we need to find a gap between them. In this video we share some of the weather considerations we have learnt / are learning about and how to make the decision if we should go or not go. We eventually break our vow to never sail in awkward conditions again and take the gap to sail around a looming front. Also in this video and for the sake of other sailors who ask us about this, we share one very basic system of how we retrieve weather information and display it with colour codes on our laptop at sea. We also show some footage as we sail through a frontal system at sea. Hope you enjoy!

A seven-person crew of the finest Olympic medal-winning Brazilian sailors brought the Olympic Torch into Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on 3 August. Brazilian sailing superstars Torben and Lars Grael, Clínio Freitas, Isabel Swan, Nelson Falcão, Marcelo Ferreira and Ronnie Senff sailed from Niteroi, across Guanabara Bay arriving at the naval base just north of Marina da Gloria, venue of the Rio 2016 Olympic Sailing Competition. The evocative journey paid homage to Rio's maritime beginnings and to Brazil's strong tradition in sailing - the sport in which the country has won most Olympic medals. Torben Grael, one of Brazil's most decorated Olympians with five medals handed the torch to Eduardo Paes, Mayor of Rio, as the torch began its journey through Rio de Janeiro in advance of the Opening Ceremony on 5 August. Paddleboard in Wenatchee at White River with the family - check out our camping vlog! I will have more videos coming soon, fingers crossed. FYI - my zero waste game on this trip was awful. I didn't use disposable dishes, napkins, towels, or cups (so much work washing), but I did purchase a couple single use packaged items for the kiddos and vegan junk. Fruit from Costco was a great no to low waste snack (yay for fruit's natural packaging ;)). More planning will need to be made on future camping trips. This is our look at Lego WALL-E (21303), an awesome Disney/Pixar themed set from last year. This is £39.99 and has 677 pieces, which is an amazing 5.9p per piece - a bargain for a branded set. SUBSCRIBE for more Lego videos - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZzSHy0APY-32xKIPSxM9PQ?sub_confirmation=1 Home: http://brickdigest.com/ Facebook: https://facebook.com/brickdigest Twitter: https://twitter.com/brickdigest The build itself is straightforward, although it did take me a little longer than expected simply because of all the workings that go into the tracks, arms and head and neck pieces. The finished model is just so full of character, WALL-E's shape just naturally lends himself to the Lego treatment. Everything is posable, the arms, the hands, the neck, eyes - and of course the tracks turn too. You can also open up his front to get access to his storage area (which you can see in the video that Noah loves) and he even has the little cockroach on top and the plant in his hand. I picked this one up back when it was originally released, so I had the well reported problems with the head and neck design. This caused WALL-E's eyes to just flop completely forward, rather than stay upright. After speaking with Lego customer support, they furnished me with a set of instructions and some new pieces that could be used to fix the problem. The nice thing about the fix is that taking it apart and rebuilding it again with new parts lets you understand where things went wrong, and makes you also wonder how it ever passed design review in it's original state. Not only is the new design stronger, but it uses less and far more common pieces - including a simple ball joint that should have been their solution from the start. I cannot recommend this set enough. It is perfectly priced, builds well, and looks amazing on a display shelf when complete. Easily one of my favourite Lego sets over the past few years, and still available for purchase today. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B012RRA2H4?tag=whatfilm-21 This is another video from Brick Digest, we make Lego videos, write reviews and keep you up to date with all the latest Lego news. Juni 2014 in Hamburg gestartet.
