Meet Shelly, the sailing kitten 🐾⛵️ Two weeks ago we rescued her on the island of Langkawi, Malaysia, and now she’s officially the newest crew member aboard our 39-foot sailboat Stella. From malnourished island kitten to curious boat cat in training, she’s learning the ropes (literally!) of sailing life at sea. In this episode, we take Shelly on her first real sailing adventure — anchoring, exploring, and finding her sea legs. She loves watching the boats go by, listening to the sounds of nature, and getting cuddled in between projects on board. She wasn’t too sure about her first fish 🐟, but we’re excited to see her grow into a true sailing cat as we prepare for bigger passages.
