A: I live in a van, which certainly cuts costs down but still I need to make some money in order to afford to continue, currently I make 90% of my income through working as a photographer/videographer. I regularly work for Airbnb as a real estate photographer and I also take on bigger commercial contracts whenever I get the chance. - How much does it cost? I spend on average $2000 travelling, most of which is gas, some repairs, food, and on average less than $200 on any eating out, shopping or extra curricular expenditures. I make $200 a month from YouTube and $400 from Patreon. The rest I make from my work. - What camera do you use? It's really not as difficult as people seem to think. I spend most of the day with my dog anyways, especially if it's warm out in the middle of the day. If I have to leave him inside the van I cover the front seats so he can't climb up and stare out the window and bark. I cover all the windows with reflectix panels I made for insulation, I turn my fantastic sucking air out on max (replaces all the air in the van every 90 seconds). I crack one window in a shaddy lower part of the van to create a consistent airflow. Other than that the fiberglass roof and insulation do a fantastic job of keeping the heat out. In colder climates I set the furnace on at minimum and close down all the windows same as for heat minus venting. - What happened to the girl? We decided to go seperate ways (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPgxDIXxCjY&t=4s) - Are you rich or something? definitely not. I've spent some quality time homeless, I've struggled financially most of my life, and although I'm blessed with great friends and family as well as being able bodied white and male, I don't subscribe to the belief that you need someone footing your bills in order to travel the world. You need to sacrifice comfort, consistency, safety, time with family, and often your career but it is possible. - Why don't you have 10x more subscribers? My channel isn't that old, many of the bigger channels you can compare mine to started putting out videos a couple years before I began. I could always use your help sharring my videos, spreading the word, and connecting with cross promotional opportunities. Editing and travelling tend to take up all my time.

Dulce Vida is no longer for sale by JMYS. Dulce Vida is a 2007 DeFever 52 Euro that has been beautifully looked after by her second owners. She is moored in Channel Islands Harbor, CA (Oxnard/Ventura) – ideally positioned for a quick trip over to the island jewels of southern California –if you want to explore further, you can take a left to Mexico or a right to Alaska. The DeFever 52 Euro model is a popular two stateroom, two head design with a generous flybridge and boat deck.  The master stateroom is aft with an athwartships island berth and ensuite head. We found the most magical place hidden within Baja's Pacific coast! Seemingly endless miles of protected waterways full of life and completely untouched. Sie ist bei Seglern sehr beliebt für einen kurzen Zwischenstop. Man kann gut ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen, weil dort echt nichts los ist. Man läuft von einem Ende zum Anderen nur eine Stunde. In der Saltwhistle Bay im Norden ist die Insel nur ein paar Meter breit mit Stränden auf beiden Seiten und Palmen in der Mitte. Traumhaft schön also.... We sail to Warderick Wells, inside the Exuma Cays Land And Sea Park, in search of the blow hole on Boo Boo Hill. Warderick Wells is a great place! It's inside the Exumas Land & Sea Park - so that means no spearfishing, no trash disposal, no food, no fuel, no water, etc... BUT it does mean that the wildlife and natural scenery is about as raw and untouched as possible. In this video, we explore the island of Warderick Wells. There are bones of pilot whales, there's a blow hole, and there's a hill with a pile of drift wood on it. Tambi LOVES the blow hole. It really is cool. It think we were there around low tide because the hole was blowing only air - no water. That's my amateur analysis anyways, as I have very little experience with blow holes. Oh yeah! We also add our little piece of driftwood to the pile at the top of the hill. Apparently it's some sort of ritualistic thing that's supposed to give you good luck. I don't know about all that "luck" stuff - but it is cool to have our contribution added to the pile. Well, we hope you enjoy watching the video as much as we enjoyed making it. Thanks for watching!! In our first video, we assessed what to look for when buying the boat and in this video, we will show you how to refurbish a boat’s interior and exterior to transform it into an all-inclusive yacht charter for the Caribbean. Refurbishing the interior: We started by increasing the space in the salon by removing the table and bringing in a coffee table for storage. Next, we improved the décor of the cabins, salon, and interior space. This included purchasing linens, pillows, and other decorations that matched the interior of the cabin. On this yacht, we were able to maintain the stainless fixtures in the head and easily clean out the showers and heads. Refurbishing the exterior: Normally, we would have replaced the exterior upholstery. However, they were in such a condition we decided to clean and keep the existing upholstery and replace it later down the road. Again, the décor (including silverware, plates, glasses, and pillows) was all handpicked to match the existing upholstery and bring a cohesive design together. We cleaned the exterior coating well, and added a cushion to the trampoline. We finalized the transformation with a renaming ceremony to convert what once was ‘Mr. Tom’ into ‘Island R&R.’ The owners had the logo made by a local company and then printed onto vinyl to place on the side of the yacht. This month we moved harbors. This was the first time we moved our boat into a real slip all by ourselves. It was a nerve racking adventure, and sadly we lost all our GoPro footage (still learning). We moved from Ala Wai harbor in the heart of Honolulu, walking distance to Waikiki to Keehi, which is out of the tourist area. It's really not as difficult as people seem to think. I spend most of the day with my dog anyways, especially if it's warm out in the middle of the day. If I have to leave him inside the van I cover the front seats so he can't climb up and stare out the window and bark. I cover all the windows with reflectix panels I made for insulation, I turn my fantastic sucking air out on max (replaces all the air in the van every 90 seconds). I crack one window in a shaddy lower part of the van to create a consistent airflow. Other than that the fiberglass roof and insulation do a fantastic job of keeping the heat out. In colder climates I set the furnace on at minimum and close down all the windows same as for heat minus venting. - What happened to the girl? I've spent some quality time homeless, I've struggled financially most of my life, and although I'm blessed with great friends and family as well as being able bodied white and male, I don't subscribe to the belief that you need someone footing your bills in order to travel the world. You need to sacrifice comfort, consistency, safety, time with family, and often your career but it is possible. - Why don't you have 10x more subscribers? My channel isn't that old, many of the bigger channels you can compare mine to started putting out videos a couple years before I began. I could always use your help sharring my videos, spreading the word, and connecting with cross promotional opportunities. Editing and travelling tend to take up all my time.
