Besonders komplex wird es bei Bergung und Abschleppen. Die Folge erklärt klar den Unterschied zwischen Schleppkosten und echten Bergekosten – inklusive der enormen finanziellen Risiken. In diesem Zusammenhang wird die Lloyd’s Open Form als wichtiges Instrument vorgestellt, um im Ernstfall Kosten zu begrenzen. Auch typische Versicherungslücken kommen zur Sprache. Regatten, Nachtfahrten, Ausbildungsfahrten, Revierbeschränkungen oder kommerzielle Nutzung sind häufige Ausschlussgründe. Ein Turn ist schneller kommerziell, als viele glauben – oft reicht schon ein geldwerter Vorteil.
