We've sailed to an island with green sea turtles called Little Farmer's Cay. Oh, here's a highlight for your viewing pleasure... witness, in this video, Molly's first attempt at blowing a conch horn. It's just great. This was a great little island. It's definitely the smallest settlement that we've had the pleasure to visit thus far. A step down from Black Point even - and we thought that one was quite small. While on Little Farmers Cay, we saw only 2 cars driving around on the roads. I'm not certain of the population on the island, but I'd be surprised if there were many more than 100 people living there. Very simple, laid back, slow paced, and just plain wonderful. Wanna know what paradise looks like? Man, this place is incredible! Take crystal clear water, sprinkle some pure white sand beaches around then put Delos right in the middle! No people no internet just us and thousands of birds. As we explored more and more of St. Brandon we found ourselves wearing less and less clothes. I like the way Brady described the feeling “it’s so freeing being naked in nature!” Being buzzy with treasure hunting and relaxing under the palm trees we didn’t pay enough attention to the tide and got stranded on the wrong island with a small ocean between us and Delos! We had a plan that would allow me a month on the hard to get some projects done to the bottom of the boat, but then reality got in the way. We decided to pull out the motor and send it back to Electric Yachts so that they could do a thorough inspection after the flooding. That means we have no motor to get us to the dry dock. Our mainsail is also not ready yet, so we can't sail over either. Long story short, we are going to take each day as it comes but we won't let it keep us from going cruising.
