Ensure that your body intelligence clearly knows that you enter the second world in a specific space in time. For example, the moment you enter the forest, you're in. That's what I do in this video. I learned this concept of the holy threshold in my vision-quests many years ago — the holy threshold is related to the warrior's view. When you are fighting, you have to let go of your subject-object-perception and jump right into the river, like I often say in training.

We made it to the Maldives! When we arrived we received the warmest welcome from our agent, Assad and all the officials. They came to Skylark to complete the entry formalities and brought with them a cake and fresh lobster for us! We were now free to start cruising in the Maldives and found an uninhabited island with a picture perfect lagoon. We were catching squid every day and singing karaoke on the beach during sunset. Hey Everyone!! So this week we fix the leak in our transmission which was huge!! We had to do a huge bilge clean up because of it, quite the messy leak. We also FINALLY finished our Stack Bag and set up our Lazy Jacks. It was a big project that we are excited to have done and we love using them, makes life a lot easier. Our time in Nassau is always our time to catch up on boat projects and get a lot of work done. Not a lot of distractions there, but we do have some fun diving on the wrecks, but no luck catching any fish. We did have a yummy wahoo dish, our last wahoo from our fishing in Bimini. We did get everything done while we were there and have some more fun continuing our trip down to the Exumas, so STAY TUNED next week to see some great footage!! Finally I found a light wind day in Caribbean to hoist my new mainsail without reef. Here is a video of this beauty :) Material/Technology - Vantage One, area - 88 square meters, 7 battens to keep good shape from top to bottom.

We are in Caribbean from December 2020 and it is always windy. More or less you have 20-25kn of wind every day. Sailing between the islands mostly on the beam reach, so going 9-10kn SOG is a casual sailing with first reef in the mainsail and full jib.
