Es gibt grundsätzlich zwei Arten, sich im Systema zu bewegen - erstens mit einem flexiblen Rahmen (Schultern und Hüfte) und zweitens von der aktiven Wirbelsäule her. Darüber hinaus gibt es natürlich noch unzählige Mischformen und Kombinationen von Bewegungen, die ihren Ursprung extern nehmen, also außerhalb des Rahmens. In diesem ersten Trainings Schnipsel übst du die schwierigste Bewegungsart, von der Wirbelsäule her. Wenn du mit Partner trainierst, achtet darauf, dass ihr langsam genug seid, dass du die Wirbelsäule immer aktiv halten kannst. Angriffe von oben bewegen immer zuerst den Kopf, Angriffe auf die Mitte bewegen zuerst die Mitte, wenn die Beine attackiert werden, bewegen zuerst die Beine. Alles andere folgt der "Welle" durch den Körper. Mit dieser Art von Soft-Training wirst du viel Körperintelligenz und Sensitivität sammeln. Vor allem kannst du die Erfahrungen im Training direkt in den Alltag mit hineinnehmen bzw. den Alltag auch als Übungsanlass nehmen. Das Bewegen von der Wirbelsäule her heißt im BA-SYSTEMA das Leichte Bewegen. Zu den anderen Basic-Bewegungsarten kommen wir in den nächsten Videos. Viel Spaß beim Üben!

Her LOA is 19.3m and she has a beam of 4.6m with a draft of 2.98m She weighs 33t and she can cruise at 7 kts with the engine and 8-10 kts on sail depending on the wind. She is fairly comfortable with 15 to 20 kts of wind. Freshwater capacity to last over 2 weeks and a fuel range of 13 days steaming. About the Boat ''SY Red Current'' is a Southerly 31 with the construction of GRP and rigged as a sloop with Aluminium Mast. Her LOA is 31 feet and she has a beam of 10 feet with a draft of 7 feet. She also has an electric swing keel which makes her draft very shallow and easy to enter in shallow water. We got tired of filling up the black tank every week and wanted to be more sustainable and off grid independent on our catamaran sailboat so we purchased a C Head composting toilet. This ex-fishing trawler is crazy! I think, although this vessel doesn't have sails, that this boat is pretty neat and the interior is definitely shocking.
