Using the FZ1000 since two years now, I recommend this bridge camera as a really good and solid working unit. You don´t need any extra stuff except an external mic. Super camera for video with 4K and build-in 5 axis imagestabilisation. Here are some shots made during a festival in Kerpen / Germany. The new FZ2000 will come out to the market in autumn 2016. Sailing offshore from Cocos Keeling to Chagos in the middle of the Indian Ocean! We leave our beloved Cocos Keeling and set sail on a 1,500 mile two week voyage to Chagos. The crew is feeling a little rough at first because the seas and winds are large and confused. After a few days everyone is back to normal and Brady's hand is healing just fine from the Barracuda attack. About a week into the trip it's time to remove Brady's stiches which was a crazy experience since the waves were moving Delos around so much. It's also the furthest from land Karin has ever been! This is our story, a story of three souls sailing around the world. It is a story about sailing, but it's also a story about the fantastic people we meet and amazing places we see. Sailing is often about changing plans and take the day as it comes. So our plans on sailing to Cape Verde had to wait a couple of days and instead we sailed to a new island! El Hierro is the smallest of all the main islands in the Canaries. We made a stop on the south coast in La Restinga and got amazed by the lava, and to hear about the eruption in the ocean outside the village. La Restinga was the perfect place to rest and recharge before the 750 nm sail to Cape Verde. We are a Swedish couple who wanted a different kind of life. So we moved in to our sailboat RAN, a custom built aluminium Beason 40, and untied the lines in the middle of the Swedish winter and started to sail south along the coast of Europe. There is no set route and we will go where the wind and our minds takes us. PHEW - a few days to download this one. Catamaran Impi is sailing around the world. We are a couple who left South Africa some years ago now and are currently sailing in beautiful New Caledonia. You may recall our recent video on Guy, the flying vet who helped us to rescue Moose the Abandoned Island Dog (Thanks to all the viewers here who donated money to the care of Moose) - well, Guy Kane and his lovely lady, Sonia, have become amazing friends to us now and flew in this weekend to join us onboard Impi off beautiful Koure island in the southern lagoon. We are finding it difficult to produce regular films due to how busy we have been with the local people on the island - it is incredible how generous the folks here have been to us, the care they have shown and still show us.
