O gaúcho Phillipp Grochtmann foi o campeão da 47ª Semana Internacional de Vela de Ilhabela – Virtual Edition. O velejador venceu a regata final disputada nesta quinta-feira (30) na raia olímpica do Rio de Janeiro do simulador Virtual Regatta. A medalha de prata ficou com o brasiliense Lucas Rocha Dantas (@Lucas RD), de apenas 15 anos. O velejador de Ilhabela Samuel Solano (@thinkinghard) ficou com o bronze. A competição inédita contou com 76 velejadores virtuais de 12 estados. Foram realizadas 20 provas em várias cidades do mundo. Phillipp Grochtmann correu a 47ª Semana Internacional de Vela de Ilhabela – Virtual Edition com o perfil @Philipp_ e aproveitou sua experiência internacional na regata final com pontuação zerada. O atleta é o número dois do País no ranking mundial digital e também na vela real, tendo participado da Semana Internacional de Vela de Ilhabela nos barcos Angela Star e Crioulla. ”É uma sensação boa ser campeão, foi um campeonato com grandes velejadores virtuais, e uma regata final valendo o titulo da um gosto ainda melhor”, disse Phillipp Grochtmann, que está de olho na Olimpíada de Paris 2024 na classe Laser. It turns out I caused it by not maintaining the bearings and packing them every year of 5000 miles. We also show how we make fresh mango smoothies. They are so good and healthy and a great way to start the day. Lastly I provide some insight into our sailing plans and crossing the Gulf of Mexico and what the proper timing may be given all this hurricane activity. Weak control panel bulbs and a defective hour meter is a normal thing for most Volvo Penta owners. This time I have bought some new LED bulbs for my controlpanel I'll like to try and at the same time I have bought a new lcd display in china, the good thing about things from china is they are dirt cheap and a good quality if you buy the right part at the right place. The lcd display only had a price with shipping on around 22 USD so pretty cheap compared to the "nordic price" at around 98 USD. The VDO tachometer is easy to take apart and the lcd screen is just held on by a small amount of tape, the hard part is to keep the instrument number disk clean from greasy fingers. Also remember to power on the instrument before you install the rpm needle so you are sure it sits the right place. You can buy the LCD display at ebay, search for : LCD Screen for Kenworth trucks/VDO cockpit vision/Jcb tractor/Volvo penta boats

This is a really nice riding cuddy, with much more space than you would expect! The extended swim platform adds 2.5' of space to the back of the boat, and the ladder and handle combination make getting in and out of the water easy even for those of us with bad knees etc! The 7.4MPI Mercruiser makes 330hp and has less than 400 hours on it since new. The engine block is closed cooled. This boat also has a porta potti down below as well as a small sink. Just add a BBQ to the back and you're all set for many days camping on the water! With a top speed of 50mph this girl gets up and moves and the hull design makes for a smooth ride. The trailer has been recently serviced. The bimini top is in good shape and there is canvas enclosure to go with it as well as full summer and winter storage covers so the very well kept interior can stay as nice as it is! We show the harbor Vändburg on the south tip of Gotland and do some boat projects like changing the dishwasher, have a professional rigger to check the rigg and divers to clean the button of the boat and of cause a test sail after that. Which also was the first sail with Litza the Captain our Devon Rex cat that has never sailed before. The "kids" Erik and Anna are both over 18. The sailing in our home water the Baltic Sea is part of our preparation to sail to the Mediterranean Sea. Anders has been at the sea most of his life and sailed for the Swedish national dingy sailing team as a young man. Gitte has also grown up with boat and spent every summer sailing with her father as a teenager but made a pause of about 15 years without sailing as an adult, had just begun to pick-up the interest before she meet Anders a 4 years ago. Onboard we also have our cat Litza a 3 year old Devon Rex we call her the cattain because cats always decide over their humans. Kayak has been a common interest for Gitte, Erik and Anna since 2013 and Anna also compete at national level. Fridá af Wisby is a Wauquiez 47 pilot saloon that we Gitte and Anders bought in UK in 2019 and that we have sailed to Gotland and in season 1 2020 we sail in the Baltic Sea.

We take off from Vero Beach with some old friends you all know and head to South Carolina. This means a 2 night, 3 day passage which are the worst as it doesn't give your body time to adjust to the sleep schedule. With squalls coming in around us we are exhausted! Safe sailing. Boat: White Shadow is a Van De Stadt ‘Seal’ 36 (11 metres). She is hand made in steel, 2004, with a round bilge (hull) and a modified coach roof. This makes her a ‘one off’ and in my opinion the most beautiful Van De Stadt 36 ever built. The camera gear: Main camera is a Panasonic Hc- V770 with a Rode External mic. My old camera is now my number 2 is a Panasonic Hc-v700. Most shots are done with an external mic (Shenggu sg 108) with a sponge and dead kitten attached. Action stuff and small blogging is done with a Sony Hdr-as30v. Underwater video Gopro3plus. Editing: Final cut pro on a Macbook. Most of the material for each video is filmed over a period of several weeks or so and the editing of each episode is normally done over a day. This process can take longer if original music is used or permissions are needed for copyrighted materials etc. Much time is spent sorting out technical problems. In this case I normally get the help of a younger person who understands computerie stuff! There are also times when filming, editing and uploading is not possible due to being at sea or in locations with no internet access. Content: I have found that filming and releasing material over a period of time is better than doing ‘vlog’ style videos and trying to make episodes out of whats happened in a week, regardless if it’s good content or not. By filming over a period of time I can be more selective in what goes into each video. My aim is to avoid ‘bland and mundane’ and have at least one or two exciting and interesting events in every video. Every video has to be entertaining. Comments and being at sea: I love reading your comments. Most weeks Im able to read everyone. I cant reply to everybody but I do read and enjoy them. Keep them coming! There are times that It might seem I'm not on the internet for certain periods, this is normally when Im at sea on passage. While Im out on the Ocean I have completely no communications with the outside World.
