Episode #219 : Season 8 : The Hawaiian Adventures Hello Friends, On this episode I haul up anchor at Makua Anchorage and attempt to round Kaena Point and make my way up the North Shore before the winter sets in. With a strong current running and and the trade winds blowing steady I found the passage impossible and tucked tail and ran back into he lee of Oahu. I pointed Triteia's bow for Electric Beach at Kahe Point dropping the anchor in 20ft of water and taking in the sights of this unusual anchorage. Electric Beach is known for its snorkeling with the large cold war era power plant on the beach pumping its hot water discharge offshore, which attracts fish and other sea life. Shortly after diving in I was met by a 6 ft sandbar shark, this was my first (known) swimming with a shark and it was both exhilarating and nerve wracking. Once at the cooling pipes I found out the sharks species from a free diver and swam with two other sand bar sharks and a wide variety of fish. Once back at Triteia I heard the calls of dolphins and had a treat of a lifetime when a pod of Spinner Dolphins swam below and and past me as I watched them play underwater. Die Segelleistung dafür ist die eines sehr gut segelnden Monos gleicher Größe, allerdings mit Verbesserungspotenzial im Handling. ABER: wir hatten nicht die 30° Krängung, wie die Schiffe um uns rum. Domi konnte entspannt am Kartentisch arbeiten und im Trockenen rundum sogar alles beobachten. Das Segeln bei solchen Bedingungen ist einfach entspannter und weitaus komfortabler. Ob das auch so im Hafen ist, checken wir auf einer netten kleinen Insel vor Marseille. Und wir zeihen unser Fazit der Woche: Für wen ist der NEEL 47 geeignet, was macht die Qualität, was halten wir persönlich vom Konzept? Gibt viel zu erzählen - alles im Video! Nel 2020 si stava inaugurando l'avvio dei lavori di ristrutturazione del Molo della Madonnina dove siamo ospitati con le attività de I Timonieri Sbandati ASD (presso Approdo Turistico Viareggio Porto2020 - https://viareggioporto2020.it ) e mi era stato chiesto di girare un breve video che documentasse l'accessibilità fin quel periodo. Il video non è un prodotto di alta qualità, ripresa aerea, inquadrature, musica e montaggio è frutto della mia mano, perciò non abbiatemene a male, in una settimana ho fatto quello che ho potuto e non sono ne un cameraman ne videomaker quindi dai, spero piaccia ugualmente. Depois de reiterar por muitos anos que nunca teria um animal na minha casa, uma cadela pariu na porta da minha residência e fui "obrigado" a cuidar da mãe e de dois filhores. Não gostava desse bicho. Mas, a partir do sétimo mês de idade notei que o macho (o THOR) era muito apegado comigo. Então comecei a leva-lo diariamente nas minhas caminhadas. Criou-se, entre nós, uma amizade muito bonita e elogiada por pessoas amantes dos pets. Com o tempo, de forma natural e impeceptível, o cão passou a me obedecer em muita coisa, Inclisive não atravessandoa rua sem minha ordem. No mês que completei 66 anos, e o Thor 2,5 anos, por insistênica de amigos e principalmente da minha filha, comprei minha primeira bicicleta da vida. Quando fui pedalar a primeira vez meu corção partiu ao deixar meu amigo. Tentei coloco-lo no guidão, mas ele é grande e eu muito barbeiro. Então encostei a bike e não andei enquanto não comprei um reboque para puxá-lo. Como sou aventureiro por natureza, resolvi criar um desafio: sair de Morrinhos, GO, e chegar até Paraty, RJ, onde mora minha filha. Hola amigos/as, como véis hemos vuelto a Wayra a pasar las fiestas aprovechando que tenemos vacaciones. La llegada al barco fue un poco desastre porque llegamos muy tarde pero nada nos quita la ilusión o bueno, tal vez un poquito sí pasar un par de noches con frío y sin calefacción pero como todo, lo acabamos solucionando!!! Deseamos que estéis pasando unas buenas fiestas y para los que no estáis viviendo vuestros mejores momentos os envíamos mucho ánimo y un gran abrazo!!
