With strong winds in the forecast, we had planned to stay mostly in safe bays, unfortunately getting there meant fighting onto strong headwinds, how would my electric setup hold up against that In Vinisce, I climbed the highest hill and thought I could see a mountain top in Italy across the Adriatic. But that wasn’t the only surprise... we came upon a strange object floating in the water… it looked like naval mine, but surely not?! Any guesses on what this thing could be? Juni 2025: wir starten unsere 4-monatige Auszeit! Erst auf dem Boatyard bauten wir noch die Batterien in Lifepo4 um, lagen in Poros um das 2. Solarpanel zu installieren. 5.06.25: starteten wir dann zum Poseidon Tempel 29,2 sm 6.06.25: ging es mit viel Wind und tollen Bedingungen weiter nach Kythnos in die Fikiadha - Bucht 24,3 SM 7.6.25: ankerten wir dann erstmals in Sifnos in der Vathi-Bucht, in der es uns sehr gut gefiel! 8.6.25:: in Rauschefahrt geht es nach Paros in die Alyki-Bucht 26,5 sm. 9.6.25 Mo: wir legten früh ab, um in Amorgos noch einen Platz am Nord-Kai zu ergattern. 37,9 sm. Es war starker Meltemi angesagt und wir wollten dort die Zeit verbringen. Wir besuchten das Kloster und konnten erst am 12.06.25 weiter segeln Leider hat Youtoube mein 4K Video nur in HD veröffentlicht. Hab den Fehler gefunden. Bald kommt wieder 4 K. Sorry ... Hello everybody. After a little hiatus, we are back to producing videos. Season 8 took us from Panama and finished on the island of Tahiti in French Polynesia, and Season 9 will take us from Tahiti to Tonga, then Fiji, and all the way to New Zealand. There is a lot of passage making in this upcoming season, and some more great exploring and diving in these wonderful islands that dot the South Pacific. These videos are about six months behind, but we will be catching up with this season. Today, the boat was loaded on a ship in Auckland, New Zealand, headed to Spain for our summer sailing in the Mediterranean. It was bittersweet to finish Season Nine in Auckland and leave the boat and come home. The fourteen months of cruising from Panama to New Zealand was all that we hoped for and more. It's a bit melancholy to have it be over. I know, I know, there will be more adventures ahead, but I don't know if anybody can top crossing that ocean. Took our boat window off, getting back to work on our floor, have so much left on the Mercruiser 3.0. We have taken the window off the Bayliner Bowrider 175 and are continuing to clean. Meguiar's is working perfectly to clean up the oxidation on the fiberglass. The floor in our boat is fitted raw wood, have to make that look so much better. The boat engine, while a new rebuild has to be completely gone over. The mechanic we trusted to stab this didn't tighten things, used wrong bolts, if a bolt was even there, and lost parts. I know my wife and I working together can get this Bayliner boat on the water. This is only a small step as we continue working on our Big Dreams. Follow along as we breath new life into this 2004 Bayliner Bowrider. Next steps are, getting the floor solid and cleaning up the window to be repainted. Also, have to get the distributor in the Mercruiser 3.0 l and order the rest of the missing bolts the JB Automotive misplaced. Cabina modulare retrattile realizzata per Fincantieri S.P.A. in Romania per la costruzione di un ponte sul Danubio. La cabina modulare retrattile è una struttura autoportante retrattile composta da coppie di montanti sopra i quali sono fissate delle capriate a traliccio attraverso piastre imbullonate con bulloneria di tipo 8.8 e dadi. I montanti in robusto tubolare di acciaio scorrono su una rotaia, anch'essa zincata, configurata con apposite ali per evitare il deragliamento e sollevamento della struttura. Le rotaie vengono fissate a terra su cordoli in cemento, a cura e carico della committente, ovvero con tasselli adeguatamente dimensionati, laddove esiste un robusto pavimento in cemento. Durante lo scorrimento della struttura mobile i pantografi specificatamente studiati, impediscono il deragliamento, garantendo la possibilità di impacchettamento manuale fino ad ottenere la migliore dimensione di impacchettamento possibile. A completamento della fornitura del capannone c'è il telo di copertura per il quale i tecnici della nostra officina hanno studiato una formula unica insieme al fornitore della materia prima. Le strutture della Navaltecnosud vengono calcolate una per una in relazione alla zona di installazione e certificate da apposita relazione di calcolo strutturale offerta compresa nel prezzo di acquisto, oltre alla certificazione CE UNI EN 1090.

Neste vídeo fui para a marina com o objetivo de dar uma volta completa na Ilha dos Eucaliptos, também conhecida como Ilha dos Macacos. No início da velejada, o vento não estava favorável, mas as previsões indicavam que o vento mudaria para Sudoeste. Aguardei o vento virar de posição e comecei a volta na ilha. Com a represa com baixo nível de água, tive que tomar algumas precauções, conforme comento no vídeo. Ainda passei perto de uma regata que estava acontecendo e rendeu algumas imagens lindas dos veleiros. Os ventos estavam brandos para uma velejada tranquila, em torno de 8 nós. Gostou do vídeo? Voltamos! Depois de umas "férias", finalmente voltamos. Compramos um carro antigo beeeeeem barato pois ja estávamos cansados de andar à pé e, como diz a Bia, amo uma dor de cabeça. Trata se de um Volkswagen sedã, mais conhecido como fusca ou Fuscão, por se tratar de um modelo equipado com motor 1500. Comemoramos também o aniversário da Lucy à bordo do @SailingTouche e demos um rolê até o Julião com o pessoal do @SailingTouche , @ChicamaSailing e @OddLifeCrafting em uma flotilha. Foi sensacional embora tenhamos sofrido uma trollagem no caminho. No Ep.43 mostraremos um rolê irado até As Ilhas.

After our stopover at Marineland Marina, we continued on the intracoastal waterway (ICW) north to Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. We anchored near Tiger Island and for $4/day we had access to the marina's dinghy dock. There we explored this quaint little town and it's unique style buildings, went for a run to see the beach and hit the local farmer's market.
