The Renskib product R-110 Gel Coat Cleaner should easily clean the non-skid on a Bavaria boat, so let's try it out. The process is : 1. wet the surface with water 2. apply the gel coat cleaner product pure or dilute as needed 3. scrub the surface with a soft brush 4. wipe with a microfiber cloth According to the video the gel coat cleaner is pretty effective while also being non-toxic, so a very nice product. https://www.renskib.dk/ price around : 27 US Dollars

This week we finally we set sail and head straight to an island and pick up a visitors mooring. We head ashore using our new E-propulsion Spirit on our dinghy and enjoy the silent ride. The joy of being able to communicate in the dinghy is very real. Its feels good to bag our first island and enjoy a lovely meal on deck in the sunshine. We head onto Portavadie the next morning and fly the drone to show show you fantastic views of Loch Fyne. I was reorganizing sailboat parts in the garage and all of a sudden, where did my bright work go? It was missing. Where did it go? Three contactor trash bags full of teak trim, the bright work that I had salvaged from Samantas? I brought my bright work home to sand and finish it during the colder months. As I turned out a well meaning family member came to take trash to the transfer station and took my bright work too. https://www.patreon.com/sailing_samantas https://paypal.me/SailingSamantas?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US

He can’t think of a more charismatic and iconic car than the R4 he renovated with wood. The perfect car for a surfer boy. From his workshop in Hossegor to Brittany, the R4 gives an even more unique and magical dimension to each trip. Jean is a famous sailor and R4 collector. When he offered an R4 to his daughter for her 18th birthday, he had no idea he would own seven of them 12 years later. ✅ Want to hone on your skills and abilities as a health coach? Join my Health Coaching Essentials Course and Skills Lab in May-June 2022: https://www.gethealthcoachskills.com/ Should you send a recap email after the session? This comes up a lot with new health coaches who spend time after coaching sessions typing up all the notes, summarizing action steps and sending resources. I get it. I used to do this too. I'd spend upward of an hour after each session preparing the recap email. And over time, as I got more clients, I realized this was unsustainable. It was taking way too much time and I was burned out. I received some really good feedback from my mentor about this years ago developed a different strategy. It's given me a lot of time back and also much more empowering to my clients. In this video I share my insider tips and tricks of what to do instead of sending lengthy and time-consuming recap emails. Are you part of my Facebook Community? Hi Guys, Welcome back to my channel, this weeks vlog is a bit different. I left my narrowboat behind and had a week long break in my home country of Scotland. All footage was filmed on the east coast. I hope you enjoy! Comment below to let me know which part is your favourite! Kayleigh. I'm Kayleigh and along with my two dogs Hugo and Coco we will full time on board our 37ft narrowboat Grayswood. After living nearly two years in our self-converted campervan we decided we needed more space. So we decided to purchase a boat after spending some time on our friend’s narrowboat. Grayswood was conveniently located less that 5 minutes from my work and was found kind of by accident. I was visiting a friend who was staying in Aston Marina and whilst we were out walking the dogs, I seen the advert for Grayswood. I said to my friend “that looks a nice boat” and as I said it the marina manager appeared and asked if we would like a look inside. Naturally we did. After looking inside the boat, we made an offer after going back for a second viewing, after some negotiations within a week she was ours pending a survey. She was hauled out the following week and the survey went well. We kept her out on the hard standing for a further six weeks whilst we renovated the insides including fitting a new kitchen and bathroom. Subscribe and welcome aboard - follow us on our narrowboat journey, where I will show what its really like living and navigating the English waterways as a solo female. New video released every Monday. Instagram - @liveaboard_lifestyle

This week we take you for a ride, we show you our favourite spots on one of our new favourite islands and we do it on push bikes! We have been in Bocas for some weeks now and it's safe to say: We LOVE it here, and we want to show you why. Haven't biked in years we felt like kids riding for the first time. Starting off in town, we show you around our favourite restaurants and cafes. We head north towards one of our favourite surf breaks, trying to bike in sand turns out to be easier said then done (who knew). I get super tired and hot and decide to jump in the water at the nearest beach, which in Isla Colon is never far away. Eating a home cooked meal on a plam tree before we bike back. Stopping at a bar on another beach to have a cooling drink. You treat us well Bocas! Join our crew! We are looking for new crew to join in the future journey. This force cracked the internal grid in several places and broke a portion of the grid free from hull. At some point an inspection was done, insurance was called and decisions were made. Episode #188 : Sea Trials Day 1 - The Passage Hello Friends, We have completed 99.9% of the refit with only a few things to finish up before the passage to Hawaii. On this episode we take you along with us on a rocky passage to Catalina Island where we got to put the reefing system and new rig to the test in 17knot winds. We changed course and pointed for Whites Landing on the front side of Catalina and anchored for the night. This is the moment we officially become a catamaran!! ** Support the build - become part of our Patreon family!! https://www.patreon.com/mjsailing ** We hope you enjoy this week's episode where we bond the bridge deck to the hulks with our methacrylate adhesive. To do the job we invite our Patron John and his son Jacob, where we keep the ability to lower the deck at the same pace. Matt-Gyver has set up a system of four jack stands on the four corners of the deck, and by twisting the handles, we can raise or lower the deck at the same pace. But with a 40 minute clock counting down, can we do it in time? We hope you enjoy! Much love from Annapolis! Thank you very much, you guys are amazing supporting us with your likes and comments, we really feel that we have a new family out there. Much love Carla & Simon A little bit about us... We met in the summer 2015, we were introduced to each other by the virtual world. Eighteen months later we were getting married on a beautiful beach on Barbados, bare foot, very simple ceremony just like a dream! Two days after the wedding laying on the beach, talking about sailing, Carla suggested... why don't we sail around the world? Guess what Simon said? "Let's do it" He took it with no second thoughts! And here we are, two years after that day in Barbados, we started our adventure in Croatia. We made it happen working through all the challenges on the way. Now we are enjoying this wonderful life, and what a wonderful life it is! As we travel we will cross less fortunate countries, we would love to help to build a school or a health care centre, anything that these people may need, and in our beautiful world this is taken for granted. But for these people it's a dream, or may not even be a dream. We will look around and when the opportunity to help comes we will put our hands and hearts in to it. Much love
The last day of the 44Cup Portoroz again saw 20+ knot conditions, gusts and shifts that made for close, high adrenalin racing and plenty of opportunities across the race course. After a difficult second day Igor Lah's local Slovenian team, Team CEEREF, was most consistent yesterday and today built on this, posting initially a second. This was followed in race two by a come-from-behind win as Torbjorn Tornqvist's Artemis Racing, for the first time at this event, led round the top mark. Team CEEREF chose to gybe early, enabling her to cruise into the lead upon which she then consolidated.
This Gulfstar 52, with an asking price of $140,000 is certainly one of the most affordable 52 foot yachts on the market. Just to be clear, when I use the term "affordable," it's always relative to the size and age of vessel. $140,000 is an affordable 52 footer, but a 30 footer at the same price at the same age is definitely not affordable. Affordability is always relative, so please keep that in mind. It seems that whenever I use this term there's always a couple comments that have a problem with it. This boat offers a ton of accommodation for a relatively smaller price than other boats of the same size and vintage, so I'll call it affordable. I think that is this boat's biggest strength. It's a very livable, big yacht for not that much money up front. I could see just about anyone in the USA being able to purchase this boat and retiring to the Caribbean with an appropriate and responsible amount of working and saving beforehand. As I stated in the video, I can see the value in this boat, but being aboard so many performance oriented vessels over the past few years has skewed my interests to the value of performance, so this boat really isn't my cup of tea, but everyone's taste is different so I do think this boat will provide a ton of value to the next owner.
