Here I demonstrate the use of a stern anchor to assist with retrieval of my Wayfarer Dinghy onto my trailer at my favorite beach launch, single handed with cross wind/current.

I share some of my favorite meals that I cook while dinghy cruising. I want others to eat well when they cruise! I said I'd talk about left overs in the video but didn't. There is almost always food left over if cooking just for yourself. I like to reheat leftovers in the morning and put them in a nice food thermos I recently purchased.
