Snorkeling trip out to Shark Ray Alley in Belize. Lots of Rays and Nurse Sharks. Decent visibility though the sky was overcast a bit. Definitely recommend heading out there if you are on a Belize diving trip. A good combination is Hol Chan scuba dive in the morning and Shark Ray Alley snorkeling on the way back to shore. Beautiful place in the Caribbean sea. Shot with a GoPro Hero9 and edited (still learning) with Adobe Premiere Pro

Well our boat will definitely sink now!! In this episode we start tackling some of the bad areas along the bottom of the keel where the side plates of the keel meet the keel base under the engine and prop shaft. We talk to Ian Poole from SV Blown Away and get some nifty advice for fixing that area and we also get stuck in sand back the topsides to prepare for painting. Remember we're doing all of this so we can go full time cruising as a sailing family in a few years time. This is obviously a huge refit and refurbishment of this big, old, abandoned steel yacht and it's not only time consuming, it's complicated and quite expensive so we really do value any help we can get, whether it's helpful advice and comments on the video or gifts through our Amazon Wishlist or actual contributions through Patreon, Paypal and Ko-Fi. We have done it again... We lost another drone in Hawaii! Sailing and droning, droning and sailing don't really go together, however Warren has been able to do a really great job as flying the drone while we are at sail, a task that has taken some time to master, until that fateful day in Kona, Hawaii. On this episode, we salute to the mariner Captain James Cook as we leave Kealakekua Bay, honoring him of his navigational feats and memorialize his place of death along the Kona Coast in Hawaii. After spending most of the second afternoon at sea since leaving Fécamp yesterday shadow boxing with the 20 miles northerly perimeter of the Casquets Traffic Separation Scheme, the leaders on Stage 3 of La Solitaire were taking a much sharper southerly slant in search of the forecast stronger easterly breeze that is expected to roll back up to them from the French coast during the latter part of yesterday, Monday.

We are on the beautiful Greek island of Patmos in the Dodecanese, enjoying calmer winds and beautiful sunrises, but also dodging thunderstorms and unsettled weather. On this episode you will see us going through our longest tunnel so far. A 5km tunnel that sits at 340m above sea level. This was the end of our ascending trip and the start of our descent to the Mediterranean. As we have learnt by now there's never a dull day in the canals... We are sailing Croatia and living fulltime on our sailboat during 2021. We embark on a 30-day passage to explore Croatia from the very south to the northern Adriatic.
