Enten du er en erfaren båtentusiast eller en nybegynner på jakt etter den perfekte båt opplevelsen, vil Sea Ray Sundancer 27 imponere deg med sin elegante design og imponerende ytelse. Denne båten er ideell for weekendturer eller spennende eventyr på vannet. Tidligere eier er maskiningeniør, og har vedlikeholdt og oppgradert båten etter alle kunstens regler. Båten har blitt reparert av Harstad Marina etter at den slet seg og drev på land i 2015. De har satt inn en Volvo Penta KAD 43 fra 2005 med et DP290 drev som er fra 2007.Båten gjennomgikk omfattende testing hos Harstad Marina sommeren 2016, og alt fungerte som det skulle. Den sommeren ble det også montert en del nytt utstyr som dieselvarmer, elektrisk toalett, batterilader, trimflaps, og stereo. Båten har også mye praktisk utstyr som baugthruster, varmtvann og landstrøm. Enkel ombordstigning via baugspyd eller badeplattform. Det er passasje rundt båten på begge sider med dollbord og rekker. Inngang til akterdekket på er babord side. Her er det også dusj med kaldt og varmt vann. På styrbord side er benk i akterspeilet som kan felles inn og gir ekstra plass. På motsatt side er det en to-seters benk som er vendt mot kjøreretning. Fremme i cockpit er det sofa med ryggstøtte langs skutesiden og mot kjøreretning. Fra den doble førerposisjonen har du god sikt rundt hele båten og alle kontroller er godt synlig og lett tilgjengelig. Under dekk er det dobbel stikkøye på babord side. Lenger fremme er det pantry med vask, kjøleskap, en enkelt kokeplate som kan gå på strøm eller sprit. Salongen forut omgjøres enkelt til seng ved å legge ned innfyllingspute. På styrbord side er det bad med elektrisk toalett, hånddusj og drenering i baderomsgulvet. We crossed the Atlantic from Bermuda to Azores. Heading back to Europe. It took 18 days. We got Dorado, Atlantic Bonito. We saw a whale. The Gennaker broke and sometimes we had strong wind. Ist denn schon wieder Sommerpause? Die Warnemünder Woche steht an, insofern war an diesem Mittwoch schon die letzte Wettfahrt des ersten Teils der Mittwochsregatta 2023 auf der Ostsee vor Warnemünde. Nach dem Kurs zur Reedetonne und zurück zur Mole mit den beiden Warnemünder Leuchttürmen wurde noch gegrillt und das Rennen ausgewertet. Danke an Veranstalter, Helfer und Griller und natürlich auch an den Wettergott, dass die Sonne schien. Etwas mehr Wind wäre nicht von Nachteil gewesen, die Vorhersage lag hier wieder einmal etwas daneben. Was aber keine Ausrede für die Platzierung sein darf. Andere kamen ja auch bestens mit den Segel Bedingungen zurecht. Tagessieger war SY Intoxicated mit einer X-41, gefolgt von der J-88 Nemo und der Luffe43 Inspiration. Aktuell liegt Nemo in der Gesamtwertung vorne. Nach der Pause sind einige Yachten bestimmt frisch poliert und es könnte nochmal spannend werden. Und trotz Pause darf natürlich weiter gesegelt werden und es gibt ja auch noch andere Regatten - wie etwa den Midsummer Cup direkt schon am kommenden Wochenende. Join us in Vancouver as we clean a Grady White Freedom 285 sport cruiser. This boat had lots of sea life, like barnacles, mussels, and seaweed, sticking to its back parts. Our task was to get rid of all these without causing any harm to the boat. The boat's raw water intakes and its through-hulls were free of blockages, probably because the boat was hauled and painted only a few months ago. We didn't spot any zinc anodes, which are used to prevent corrosion due to electrolysis. Generally this means that a device called a galvanic isolator is in place to protect the boat's metals from decaying. While cleaning, we found only a thin layer of algae slime on the hull. Instead of scrubbing it all off, we decided to leave it. This is because the boat's hull has antifouling paint, which helps stop marine life from sticking to it. If we scrub too hard, this useful paint can get scrubbed off, too. At Yacht Butler Boat Care, we aim to clean boats well while still keeping them in good shape.
