I think I've finally found the perfect S55 (tt) sound. Got a Valvetronic (clone) and added a Vibrant ultra quiet resonator. The resonator was put directly at the Y site to the single pipe junction. So the separate banks merge into the resonator. The original design of this setup is insanely loud and at low loads & RPMs there's a nasty tinny and harsh sound that is pretty bad when trying to daily it, plus literally just straight pipe so incredibly loud. Adding the resonator at the merge cleaned up ALL the unwanted sounds and volume.

A little back and forth between my M2C and a Porsche GT4 at PittRace full course config. Also captured by a C7 Vette chasing. M2C had AD09 and GT4 had Cup2's. Porsche GT4's PB was 2:01 and the M2C was 2:02

Shore diving Bonaire in February 2024. Most dives filmed were in the north, mainly between Weber's Joy and Karpata. Reef health down south (ie Alice in Wonderland) was very poor. Will make a follow-up video on coral damage from climate change and coral disease spreading rapidly throughout the island. Tons of young turtles in the shallows above the reefs. They were extremely curious and playful :) Word of caution, most of the "drift dives" are committed dives, there is no feasible exit until the final destination. Requires common sense, some physical ability, and underwater navigation prowess. Enjoy.

Spent 3 weeks in Thailand for the 2024 New Year holiday. One week in Bangkok and the rest in Koh Tao diving with various operators. Thailand is one of the best countries we've visited. The diving is outstanding, even in the off-season for the gulf. Can't imagine diving in April (peak season) where the water clarity is highest. As you will see, we encountered crazy currents and almost pitch-black turbidity at Sail Rock, a 2hr boat ride from the island. This was a bit of a gamble, as this site, known for its currents and pelagic sightings (ie Whale sharks), is also known as the best dive site in the gulf when visibility is higher in the spring. This is the first trip shooting with the Sony a6700 with a 16mm prime lens. Underwater footage mostly from the A6700. Set up for the camera is an Ikelite DLM housing with 6" dome port and a single Kraken 7000lm light on a flex arm. Some shots were with the GoPro 11 black. If you're considering upgrading your underwater video from a GoPro, I 100% recommend moving to a new mirrorless. The colors, clarity, and low-light performance are miles better than the GoPro.

Diving Raja Ampat on a Liveaboard (Lady Denok) for 10 days over the New Year 2023. We dove Central Raja Ampat and South Raja Ampart (Misool) in 26 dives over 8 dive days. Boat left Sorong, Indonesia on the 30th of December 2022 and returned in Sorong the 8th of January. We did 5 days in Central Raja and 3 days in Misool. Clarity in Central Raja Ampat was not the best, around 10-20 meters. In Misool it was better on some sites (20-30m). 10/10 the best dive trip yet. The corals and amount of fish is something to experience. Favorite dive sites: Melissa's Garden for coral (mindblowing). MayHam for coral and shear number of fish. In some areas you cannot see more than 5 meters because the density of fish (insane!). Misool sites are in the mist of hundreds of small islands and lagoons. Islands looks like a scene out of Jurassic Park. Incredible. TONS of macro, unfortunately the GoPro 11 cannot capture it. Lots of Nudi's, Pygmy Seahorses (tinyyy!), Pygmy squids, assortment of very unique shrimps, night dives saw Orangutan crabs, even more crazy ornate shrimps, and juvenile fishes. GoPro barely captured 1% of what we saw in Raja Ampat. Def time to upgrade the camera game, GoPro did Raja Ampat no justice. Final note, Raja Ampat is best experienced with more advanced divers, and using a computer to maximize your experience down there. Reached NDL's almost every dive, and pushed into Deco on a couple. WORTH IT. Even your safety stops are epic. Currents can be strong on few sites and on one dive (Nudi Rock, Misool) it was a washing machine with very unpredictable currents, including pretty epic down drafts....Reef hook quickly and enjoy the awesome show of mother nature. That said, most dives were very pleasant. Just got to keep in mind the currents are what makes this place so healthy and coral gardens like nothing else by bringing in so much nutrients. Our dive trip in 3 minutes. Stayed at Buddy's Dive with their Drive & Dive package for a week. Had 17 shore dives totaling over 15 hours of bubble making in 5 days. We averaged about 65mins a dive, with depths to around 90ft/30m. A few dives were short due to current and surface conditions. Had a storm midweek and water clarity declined onwards, but the reefs were still world class! Hope you guys enjoy! Filmed on GoPro H7 Black with red lights & DJI P3P. Diving around Cozumel and a Cenote dive near Tulum, MX Spring 2019 We dove with Cha Cha Cha Diving in Cozumel and Ronnies Dive in Playa del Carmen for the Cenotes. The currents on all three days of diving in Cozumel were no joke, but fun none the less. Cenotes were a BLAST!
