Here are a few situations where focusing on or changing your breathing may not help during a trauma response: - Panic Attacks* 😰: Breathing heavily can lead to hyperventilation, reducing carbon dioxide levels in your body. Come promesso oggi Gaetano si è sottosposto ai test rmedici presso il laboratorio di fisiologia degli sport dell'Università di Cagliari. Gli esiti sono stati molto positivi: composizione corporea inalterata. Significa che la nutrizionista Giovanna Ghiani e il preparatore Marco Caboi hanno svolto un ottimo lavoro. La prossima tappa è presso l'Ospedale Brotzu di Cagliari con il professor Maurizio Porcu e il professor Antonio Scalone, responsabili del progetto.
