Well, two gallons of Expanding Foam just wasn't enough for our boat, so we had to wait for another order. We ordered it through Amazon, but at the price we get it, it's not prime. Now that the foam is done it is on to sanding the boat floor in this Bayliner bowrider. We hoped this and our last video helped, now on to finish the floor and prepare for paint. We still have a lot to do to finish our restore of this boat, but this is a big milestone. Stay with us as we work on the windows, engine and other systems that don't work. Today's session is a 1 hour Hatha Yoga sequence to increase stamina and strengthen the body. Its a strong sequence and not available for every body. If something is not accessible, just do a different pose you enjoy or take a child pose to rest. I would recommend this sequence for the morning or during the day. You just need a mat for this session and maybe a cushion, eyepillow and blanket for Shavasana, depending how cold it is where you pracrtice. If you like to use essential oils I would recommend a citrus blend. For this session I used the Motivate blend by doTERRA. Although the video is not carrying on for Shavasana I highly recommend to you stay lying down for 5-10 minutes after the practice to allow your body to do rest and restore. I hope you enjoy . Barrett and I take the Javelina out to explore a new (to us) campsite in Anza Borrego State Park. We camp south of the 78, east of Julian. We took Pinyon Wash from the highway and kept going till giant boulders stopped us in our tracks. The end of this wash was the start of Pinyon Canyon, and a great hike up over the hill. We were lucky to have been out during a very full moon and were amazed by the moonlight shining on this cool canyon. We also ride our dual sports through Nolina Wash and hop over the 78 to explore Old Borrego Valley Road. Watch to the end to see me ride the Javelina! Pendant une semaine nos réveils furent rythmés avec du vent à 30km à 5h / 6h puis ensuite la houle vers 7h / 8h. Malgrès ça on était bien là bas. Enfin de retour sur la mer on s'attarde un peu vers Palerme, Mondello et Castellammare. Puis on prend le cap des Iles Egades, lieu d'histoire pour la pêche aux thons. The wind shut down for the final day of the Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta Series St. Petersburg, but that didn't stop the the fun.
In this Video we sailing with owner Skip Armstrong, aboard his 1947, John G. Alden Yawl, off Waikiki. The conditions were fast and wild. The classic Yacht Criterion had no trouble making 12-14 knots ground speed, with near gale force winds, and messy surface conditions. We were moving so fast on this day that we ended up doing a few laps out to the Diamond Head Buoy and back before returning to port for dinner time.
