We originally filmed all our Boquete experiences in a day-by-day way, but after a few of the epic adventures we decided to begin with this video. Consider this an intro to Boquete. The bowline is one of the most useful knots you can tie. A non-slipping loop that can be untied after extreme loads, like a jib sheet.
