Episode 282 | Sailing to an indigenous village to learn about their culture, traditions and even join an ancestral medicinal ritual (that made me lose my mind). In this episode, we share our experience visiting two Indigenous communities in Brazil: the Guarani and the Pataxó. Their songs, dances, and rituals are expressions of ancestral traditions that deserve respect. Among them, we were invited to participate in a sacred medicine ritual using a preparation made from tobacco and medicinal plants, an ancient practice rooted in spirituality and healing.
