In questo video approfondiamo come funziona il subentro nel leasing nautico, quali sono i passaggi formali, le responsabilità dell’utilizzatore e il ruolo della banca nella procedura. Con l’intervento di Marco D'Agliano dello Studio D'Agliano, analizziamo in modo chiaro cosa succede tra cedente, cessionario e istituto di credito durante questa operazione. 💪 Punti di forza e vantaggi del subentro in un leasing nautico: ✅ Accesso immediato all’imbarcazione senza nuovo leasing Subentrare in un leasing già attivo permette di entrare direttamente nel contratto esistente, evitando l’apertura di una nuova pratica finanziaria e semplificando il processo di acquisizione dell’imbarcazione. ✅ Operazione regolamentata e sicura Il subentro avviene con una firma trilaterale tra cedente, cessionario e banca finanziatrice. Last night was rough. No sleep at all. The wind completely died, and the boat was just left rolling in the leftover waves. Being thrown around without really moving anywhere. One of those nights where you try to rest, but your body never quite relaxes. But sometime this morning things started to change. I finally moved past the wind shadow of the Cape Verde Islands, and the wind came back. With it, something else came back too, my rhythm. I did a workout, and it honestly felt like pressing reset on the whole day. Suddenly the boat was moving again. The sails filled. Everything felt a bit more alive. The workout gave me that small boost I needed. A fresh start not just to the day, but almost to the trip itself. Now that I’m properly heading west, it feels like the real task is settling into life out here. Building a routine. Figuring out the small habits that make the days flow. Food, sleep, workouts, sail checks, small jobs on the boat. Our passage west across the bottom of Sulawesi in Indonesia began beautifully with some great downwind sailing, a peaceful anchorage and a pleasant night passage. That was until our OH CRAP moment. A violent squall appeared out of nowhere in the pre-dawn darkness, smashing our boat from the complete opposite wind direction, tearing our mainsail free of the boom and allowing it to flap crazily amongst the rigging. Baja California Sur is a magical place, where the ocean is still wild and full of life. This expedition has been created to take you further offshore for the chance of encountering some of the ocean's most spectacular creatures. We will be based in La Ventana, a small town on the Gulf of California, facing the majestic Isla Cerralvo. We will be focusing on searching for the epic Mobula Munkiana aggregations. These amazing animals come together for mating and feeding before migrating out of the Sea of Cortez into the Pacific Ocean. The abundance of food in this area is one of the primary reasons for the abundance of life, and as usual, where there is food, there are predators. We will often travel up to 40 miles offshore or up and down the coast to hopefully encounter incredible animals.
