Day 23 of the 75 Hard Challenge and things are starting to click into place. This is where discipline turns into habit. Today started with an indoor strength workout using the IsoBow and Bullworker X5, combining isometric holds and dynamic resistance training. It might not look like much from the outside… but the muscle engagement is intense. We had an early appointment this morning, so we made sure to get the workout done first — no excuses, no skipping. That’s the mindset. 🔥 Today’s Breakdown: ✅ 35 min IsoBow workout (isometric training) ✅ 15 min Bullworker X5 (dynamic strength) ✅ Progress photos taken ✅ Water intake on point ✅ Reading Atomic Habits (evening session today) 🚴 Afternoon bike ride planned 🥣 What I Eat Daily (Simple & Effective) Breakfast: Porridge oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, whey protein, creatine, peanut butter & honey Lunch: Wholegrain rye bread with sardines (or omelette with eggs, egg whites, spinach & mushrooms) Dinner: Air fryer chicken fillet with salad Greek yoghurt, strawberries, chia seeds & almonds This is what consistency looks like. ► We got our first look at the MC75 in La Grande-Motte. But this model isn’t exactly new, with hull #1 having been launched in 2023 and already completed two seasons in the Mediterranean and one in the Caribbean. ► On board, it’s all about luxury and comfort, but performance hasn’t been overlooked, judging by the daggerboards - which retract in the event of striking something - that plunge to almost 15 feet (4.5 meters) below the surface. The builder promises, in certain conditions, speeds equal to those of the wind. We’re willing to believe it, since this catamaran, over 76 feet (23 meters) long, was clocked at 29 knots! Es sabido que el estay proel no se ve, ya que está por dentro del enrollador, así que esta parte de la jarcia firme nos preocupa más. No obstante, procedemos a la compra del barco, ya que el precio es acorde con el estado del barco.
