Most people in the yachting industry think of Benetti as being located in Viareggio, where they produce a stunning array of superyachts. Their production facility down the road in Livorno is unknown by many, but is truly breathtaking and actually towers above Viareggio in terms of the sheer scale of the operation. This video takes a look behind the doors on this amazing City of Super Yachts, and gives a glimpse at the people that make the magic happen.

| Season 3 | Episode 50 Welcome to Season 3 of my channel! On this episode we push off from the island of Björkör and sail across the Gulf of Bothnia back to the Stockholm Archipelago. We were trying to outrun another wind storm that was heading our with but ended up having to try and find safe harbor on a small island as the winds increased to above 30 knots. We abandoned our attempt when we saw there was no safe place to tie up and pushed on finally finding a small sheltered marina at Alsvik on the island of Yxlan. This season will follow my time on board SV Arcturus as we explore the Åland Islands and beyond. We sail into cities, tie up on small islands, anchor bows to and ride out a blow before heading back to Sweden. I hope you will follow along with us on the trip. We are really enjoying this life and share everything with you it's been wonderful . Thank you very much, you guys are amazing. Much love Carla & Simon A little bit about us... We met in the summer 2015, we were introduced to each other by the virtual world. Eighteen months later we were getting married on a beautiful beach on Barbados, bare foot, very simple ceremony just like a dream! Two days after the wedding laying on the beach, talking about sailing, Carla suggested... why don't we sail around the world? Guess what Simon said? "Let's do it" He took it with no second thoughts! And here we are, fifteen months after that day in Barbados, we started our adventure in Croatia. We made it happen working through all the challenges on the way. Now we are enjoying this wonderful life, and what a wonderful life it is! As we travel we will cross less fortunate countries, we would love to help to build a school or a health care centre, anything that these people may need, and in our beautiful world this is taken for granted. But for these people it's a dream, or may not even be a dream. We will look around and when the opportunity to help comes we will put our hands and hearts in to it. Much love Carla and Simon

As we approached, we could see that this was a central place for abandoned and neglect boats. Portobello in Colon Panama Portobello A historic town, given its name by Columbus, who arrived on he’s fourth journey with his Spanish colonial forces The old city and some buildings are still a tourist attraction, but the preservation and restoration of the site is very poor. We were told that Portobello had great restaurants so if you can share a good in the commends bellow, that will be lovely... Docking location should be chosen according to the desired depth of the boat, the bottom is muddy/sandy. 🎥Subscribe for New Videos Every Week! ▸ http://bit.ly/2UpmECk These videos will make your Sailing Vacation much more EASY⛵️ ▸ Choose your Sailing area: https://seatv.world 👀 If you can’t find it, Sorry we’re working on it… 🎬 ▸ Got Tips/ Videos?

The boat utilises a hard-chined, plywood construction and this design of boat is a proven, capable, ocean-going vessel. Boat building with plywood is a relatively easy and cost-effective way to produce a strong, monocoque-style boat hull. These videos aim to show the way in which I go about it. Thank you! Tony
Part II of the Moroccan adventure we had absolutely no desire to end. Leaving behind the bustle of Marrakech, we sook out some surf and a palm tree abundant oasis.

We had PERFECT sailing conditions from Tilloo Cay over to Matt Lowe’s Cay which is right next to Marsh Harbour. Once we dropped anchor we remembered that we were still waiting for the dinghy patch to fully set before we could us the dinghy, so we made a day of scraping coconuts and milking the cream, so that we could make the most delicious curry for dinner! After we finished eating our curry dinner we moved over to John Cash Point for the night in order to get a little better protection from the tide flowing between Matt Lowe's cay and John Cash Point. It was definitely better, but we still had to put out a stern anchor and keep a careful watch maintaining tension on both anchor rodes all night to avoid wrapping the keel. The next day we sailed around Outer Point and into the excellent protected anchorage inside Marsh Harbour. We're really excited to try out the dinghy with it's new patch and also to go ashore and see what we can find, in what looks like a great little town. We were going to search for a couple of grocery stores that we saw on the map, but we crossed downwind of the most heavenly smell of bbq chicken and suddenly Randall’s priorities changed. We did eventually find the grocery stores, but not until he made an absolute pig of himself and was covered in bbq sauce! We were absolutely loving Marsh Harbour. What a great little town with a perfectly protected anchorage, and no current. We were looking forward to a calm nights rest, but we had no idea what was going to hit this peaceful little anchorage after the sun went down…stay tuned to hear how we helped save a 67 foot catamaran from drifting out to sea in the middle of the night! _____________________________________________________ MUSIC USED: "Sunrise" by Nicolai Heidlas "Tutorial Background" by: Audioinfinity LINK: ~https://www.hooksounds.com/royalty-free-music/sunrise-acoustic/166697/ ~https://www.hooksounds.com/royalty-free-music/tutorial-background/887180/ ******************************************************** Affiliate links have been added to this description to help our viewers find products shown in our videos. “As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.” Thank you. ********************************************************

Intermediate Frames, a Storm, and a Christmas Tree! (Tally Ho EP39)
I open up my Cobra 4R steering pedestal to inspect it. Fortunately, it turns out that I only need to replace a single bearing and the plastic break cover. I dropped off the pedestal at a paint shop. Unfortunately, I didn't get it back before leaving to spend Christmas in LA so that will have to wait until part 2 :) Spear parts: http://www.winchservicing.com/p/steering.html https://yachtsteeringservices.com/product/ss05006a/ *** Links *** Sail Life Shop: (Items are shipped from the US!) https://saillifeshop.com/ Sail Life on Patreon: http://bit.ly/SailLifeOnPatreon Sail Life on Instagram: http://instagram.com/madsdahlke Sail Life on Facebook: http://bit.ly/SailLifeOnFacebook Sail Life on Twitter: http://bit.ly/SailLifeOnTwitter Donations for the sandpaper fund: https://www.paypal.me/saillife
