Sailing to the Stockholm Archipelago onboard SV Arcturus

| Season 3 | Episode 50 Welcome to Season 3 of my channel! On this episode we push off from the island of Björkör and sail across the Gulf of Bothnia back to the Stockholm Archipelago. We were trying to outrun another wind storm that was heading our with but ended up having to try and find safe harbor on a small island as the winds increased to above 30 knots. We abandoned our attempt when we saw there was no safe place to tie up and pushed on finally finding a small sheltered marina at Alsvik on the island of Yxlan. This season will follow my time on board SV Arcturus as we explore the Åland Islands and beyond. We sail into cities, tie up on small islands, anchor bows to and ride out a blow before heading back to Sweden. I hope you will follow along with us on the trip.
