Als het weer een beetje gekalmeerd is varen we verder naar Camaret-sur-Mer waar we de huik laten repareren, wassen, boodschappen doen en de rolreefinstallatie van de kotterfok een servicebeurt geven. Dan is het ook nog eens vrijdag de dertiende... Jarenlang heb ik ervan gedroomd om zeilend te gaan waar de wind me brengt. In 2020 was het dan eindelijk zover en heb ik samen met Felia een prachtige reis gemaakt naar Scandinavië en de Baltische staten. Onze Eva, een Atlantic 43 uit 2007, is een aluminium zeiljacht met hefkiel en gebouwd en uitgerust voor reizen naar plaatsen die net achter de horizon liggen. Vanaf 2021 vaar ik met wisselende bemanning zuidwaarts. Ik vind het leuk om onze avonturen met jullie te delen. Natural dissipation: the natural cooling system avoids the problems related to water exchange and oxidation, especially when you get back to the dock with your boat.
