Frankie's Last Ride We've heard there is a birthday party in Jolly Harbour for a little girl who is cruising with her family. We haven't met many other kid boats especially while in the Mediterranean so we are super keen to join in the celebrations. The only issue is that the party is on the completely opposite side of the island and we only have 4 hours to get there before the party starts. Can we do it? Due to the weather, we had to leave Conception Island and head for shelter. We buddy boated with our friends on s/v Cascadia, our L44 twin. We met Greg and Sarrah a year ago in San Juan while they were on their way to close on their boat. It's always a rough sail from Conception anywhere and today was no different. We dropped anchor in Calabash Bay and enjoyed a dinner cooked by someone else! The next morning we headed to Georgetown and our friends went South to Thompson Bay. One of the reasons we went to Gtown was to seek medical attention since my ankle was still swelling and sore. The second reason was to pick up an alternator shipped to us by our friend, Laurenzo. We would use this non-working alternator to get us back to the U.S.; it's purpose was to allow us to use our port-side engine by turning the belt and charging our batteries. The last reason was to pick up Brown's son, Everett who was coming aboard to make the 3 week journey back to Florida. Our sail up the Exuma Islands would be a farewell to our favorite places as we would not be back for a long time. Al Salone Nautico di Genova edizione 2022 abbiamo visitato il Neo 570 della Neo Yachts, il cantiere di Paolo Semeraro. La barca è molto particolare, disegnata da Carkeek come fast cruiser oceanico, assomiglia molto, almeno di prua, agli ultimi IMOCA 60. Il Neo 570 è una barca veloce con un tocco tutto italiano che la rende, sopratutto negli interni, molto bella e comoda.

Segeln Ostsee. Nachdem wir uns nun endlich von unserem tollen Ankerplatz losreißen können, segeln wir weiter nach Boltenhagen. Bei sehr wenig Wind ist es zwar eine sehr langsame Fahrt aber sehr entspannend. Wir machen fest in der Weißen Wiek in einer sehr schicken Marina. Auch die Umgebung ist ein Stop wert und lohnt sich zu erkunden. Viel Spaß beim Schauen! Wir (Gitti und Jörg) freuen uns über viele Kommentare und viele Daumen hoch und natürlich über viele Abos. We hire small fast boats and go exploring the caves and bays of Paxos by boat, we have the best pain au chocolat for breakfast, try (and fail) to relax in our new floating chairs and go exploring on foot. Hello! Welcome back to our channel. In this video, we go on a few dive/snorkel explorations along the reefs in Martinique and we find this amazing tunnel and open top cave with our friends. We then sail to the northern part of the island, and anchor just off Saint Pierre, an impressive and historic town at the foot of a volcano. We go for a long hike along the northern part of the island which is still uninhabited and completely remote, and we then sail up to Les Saintes, which is part of Guadeloupe. We have a friend come to stay and do lots of snorkelling and free diving along the coast of Guadeloupe. We end in the picturesque town of Deshaies, which will be our last stop before Antigua!
