Dernière navigation de l'été en amoureux. Nous retournons à Ouistreham pour une petite nuit. L'aller est un peu sportif et fatiguant surtout après une journée de travail et la route. Le réveil à 3h pour prendre l'écluse pique un peu. Mais l'accueil au bureau du port est au top. Le retour est totalement différent, la mer est plate et il y a très peu de vent. A peine la ligne de pêche à l'eau que nous pechons du maquereaux. De retour au Havre nous terminons la journée dans notre bar favori. Le dimanche nous profitons de la journée pour préparer le bateau au dematage.

Nos vamos Por fin se ha levantado algo de viento Nos viene de prueba que vamos siguiendo Bueno ahí lo veis alrededor de los cinco nudos con lo que bien bastante bien paramos el motor que llevamos navegando ya unas cuantas horas de repente Mi instinto me ponen alerta observo La ola es pequeña corta y muy dura el viento sube de forma extraña y el British me avisa que algo no va bien Menos mal que no iba a ver ni viento ni Hola que si no decido entonces tomar un rizo en la vela mayor por si el tiempo empeora navegando en solitario se aprende rápido que hombre precavido no vale por dos vale por 200 hemos tomado el rizo como veis hemos podido hacerlo sin arrancar el motor que es algo estupendo quería probarlo hace tiempo con un dientecillo así más alegre como el que hace y la verdad es que no ha habido problemas así que vamos a seis nudos O sea que genial muy bien hasta este momento no sabía lo que era un reventón térmico y mucho menos que me encontraría con uno El reventón térmico o reventón cálido es una corriente descendente originada normalmente en el seno de una nube de tormenta que ocasiona viento Destructores tal y como explica la agencia Estatal de meteorología aemet se produce cuando la precipitación que cae se evapora al cruzar una capa de aire seco y no llega a tocar el suelo además la intrusión de la masa muy cálida y seca del aire desde lo alto hace que la temperatura en la superficie aumente muy rápidamente el resultado es un repentino intenso calentamiento del aire pudiendo pasar de 28 a 40 grados centígrados en pocos minutos lo que puede provocar viento de 200 kilómetros por hora en este momento no lo sabía pero se está produciendo un reventón cerca de donde estoy navegando por suerte para mí no lo tengo sobre mi cabeza Aunque pasaremos cerca y ahora veremos lo que ocurre Nada vamos otra vez bueno no me he dado cuenta que llevaba Ahora cuando está poniendo la trinqueta que llevaba el micrófono de esta cámara le echa así que no sé cómo se escuchará si micrófono porque hace bastante viento aunque no hemos puesto aquí dentro de la capota antirrosiones ahora con la trinqueta y un rizo tomado el barco va bien estabilizado Hemos pasado hace un momento cabo de gata Y pues fijaos cómo está el mar ahora ya el viento que se oye o que podéis ver no siento una Brisa y la genera el motor que vamos a 5 nudos se ha quedado planchado el viento queda un pelín de resaca de Hola Pero eso lo que hay O sea no hay mucho más fijaos

Marcas un punto de interés en la carta que te ofrece la app y vas a la realidad aumentada. Si no vas hacia él, te salen unas flechas a babor o estribor según corresponda en la pantalla de tu dispositivo. Es muy interesante para aquellas situaciones en las que no identificamos un punto en la costa a priori. Si no escoges un punto determinado en la costa y vas directo a la realidad aumentada, te va dando los nombres, demoras y distancias de los puntos que estás viendo en la pantalla de tu dispositivo. Además, te avisa de diversas eventualidades, tales como buzos en la ruta, medusas, contaminación, afluencia, corrientes, obstáculo flotante, guardia costera y uno muy interesante, el consejo de experto, donde marinos experimentados nos avisan de novedades o eventos en la zona. He de decirte que a mí me ha encantado. Además, es GRATIS. Si te encuentras algún material que sea interesante para esta comunidad, dímelo e intento hacer un vídeo. Episode 2: Our first big storm and it was a blustery one!! 😳 Paying attention to our weather as we do, we noticed a week of storms were upon us with predicted 30 knots of consistent wind and rain. Boy were we surprised when suddenly we found ourselves in 53 knots of wind with driving rain! Thankfully we made the choice to tie up and tuck into a marina in the Gulf of Kotor Montenegro. We had just enough time to secure and manage our lines, walk 3 miles to the store to make sure we had enough provisions for the coming stormy days before we tucked in down below. Another storm on anchorage in Cartegana Colombia. Anchors not holding on the hard bottem and boats drifting and colliding. If it's not the speedboats here keeping us awake it's the storms here in Cartagena anchorage. But other then that Cartagena Colombia is a great place to work on you boat, you can honestly find ever part you can think of. Its really a use and reuse country, they can fix everything. And it's affordable, prices for food and material are cheaper then i've ever seen traveling. After days of laying at anchor, a seabreeze finally fills in enough for me to exit the St. George River and sail around to Rockland, Maine. The stop in Rockland is a short one, just long enough to re-provision and take on water, as another round of moderate southerlies are forecast, a good wind for making my destination of Roque Island, Maine.
