After we setup the food station, it took about five weeks before the first birds showed up. Then it took another four weeks before someone passed the nut test. The day after, we saw this Great Tit (Parus Major) passing the test. The reward for the test is a hazelnut!

Vlog #33 While in La Cruz de huanacaxtle we didnt to take a long ride in the dinghy to some uninhabited beaches. the surf was massive and crashing hard onto the beach. I told trav is was a terrible idea but we decided to go in anyway. Landing on the beach was pretty sketchy but we made it. When we looked back out at the water i knew itd be a nightmare getting back out. and ohhhhhh boy, was it ever. we chilled for the day exploring around, swimming and crab hunting and watching the waves hoping they would die down. They didnt at all! We had to get going to we just had to try and attempt it. We almost made it out, we were just passing the break, and i jumped in. a second wave flew it and tipped the boat basically perfectly upright in the air which shut the engine off so we couldnt get over the wave. Trav screamed at me to jump out of the boat and swim away. i dove out and swam as fast as i could while the entire dinghy flipped upside down. it sent all of our belongings flying all over. We flipped the dinghy back the right way anf drug it back up the beach and began scouribg through the water trying to find all of our stuff that went everywhere. Thankfully we brought the drone in a waterproof bag and i had clipped it to the engine as i was anticipating this gracious exit. We found most of our stuff but i lost my shirt, and our dinghy anchor. Now that the engine was swamped it would no longer work so we had to comw up with a new plan to get out of there. Swam it out as far as we could by hand and than trav paddled as fast as he could over thw breaks leaving me behind and telling me to " just swim and catch up" as he was doing thid he broke one of the paddles and had to try an finish with one. hahaha we finally made it out and put up travs tshirt on the oars and sailed all the way back cause we were too lazy to paddle. --------------------------------- *WHO ARE WE?* •We are a Canadian couple, Travis and Jessica. In this video we go for a winter dingy ride to check out a Kiteboarder who is out there in minus temperatures. I talk about my plans sailing south to warmer waters and we go loo at an ice wall.

In this episode we jump in to the incoming tidal stream in the pass at Fulaga. Fulaga is surrounded by a barrier reef, so this passage is the main channel that allows the current to flow in and out of the lagoon during a tidal change. Riding the current gives us a great view of all sorts of marine life, and the coral garden on the inside of the reef resulting from the exchange of water is astounding! Later, the crews of Koro Vita, Ventana, and Wild Thing gather on a secluded white sand beach and have a sunset BBQ and campfire. Next, we participate in the delivery of supplies to the villages and have a tour around the largest village. This village has it's own tropical food supply, and we sip from coconuts using natural straws. Thanks for following! My question is: Why do you take the Symmetrical Spinnaker sheets all the way back to blocks and then forward to cleats? Can I just run them to cleats direct from the sheet? Not much in this video. I see what the stowage covers look like and check they fit and work. I take a look at one my malfunctioning Cam CLeats and then we have a test of Gunnel Clip MK2! I then turn my attention to the Spinnaker sheets and how they should be sheeted. The 2023 NOD (Nepean One Design) regatta, on June 17-18, had 50 boats racing on two race courses on Lac Deschenes, with 110 competitors competing in J/22, J/80, Shark 24, Viper 640, 505, Fireball and Albacore on the middle and upper courses. Join the GLY World Odyssey participants as they explore Lamen Bay area including the famous sailing canoe race and a visit to Lamen island. As they visit different communities, they also bring with them some disaster relief supplies donated by Byond Disaster NZ, Rotary Club Opua NZ, or other supplies bought by the participants themselves like Solar Lights “Watts of Love”, crutches, wheelchairs and small gifts..
