Feed your crew from the Sea! While sailing around the islands, it’s fairly common to meet other cruisers who source fresh fish & spiny lobster for themselves off shallow reefs. Captain Jeff explains how he got into spear fishing during his travels in the Bahamas. Using a pole-spear for lobster diving is one of our favorite methods that makes for a delicious dinner and stretches the boats provisioning.
