It's time to paint my home made carbon fiber bike frame! The final black paint coat was applied using a airbrush (0.5mm tip) in the shop at 20 Celcius degrees. Because of the conditions, I could not film this final step. I used a black base coat with 2 parts mat clear. I sanded with 320 and 400 grit sand paper before.

Check out the FREE waterpark at Cozumel. If you're thinking about purchasing an excursion, consider this! We have 4 kids and it's expensive going on excursions while cruising and we've been to Cozumel a lot, but this was perfect! Just behind the Cozumel sign, there is a free inflatable water park area where the kids swam while we got drinks at Bubba Gump! There are plenty of chairs with shade next to the water and we could keep an eye on the kids. TIPS: - get towels from the ship. (they have towels on the pier so just grab them when you get off the ship and return them before you get back on. Easy!) - bring snorkeling gear or goggles. They can be rented, but the kids did great with just goggles. On the 7th Dec 2019 we slipped our lines from Santa Cruz de Tenerife to spend 19 days at sea crossing the Atlantic Ocean. Our first ocean crossing, it was certainly one we will never forget. There were tough days and amazing days and we all went slightly mad by the end but our little 36 foot sailing boat got us to Barbados safely in one piece. The Eastern portion of our trip on the Erie Canal to Florida and the Caribbeans holds some of the biggest locks. I feel so small as we go down in the Little Falls lock.
