In this episode; With KC and Lisa, after waiting out a day of bad weather in Sapodilla Lagoon we navigate Saltair3 through the turquoise blue but shallow and complicated waters out to paradise. About 30 miles from Placencia, out near the barrier reef is a gorgeous but small Caye known as South Water Caye. White sand beach, crystal clear waters that let you see straight to the coral sea floor and an area full of amazing sea life. Bloopers at the end of the video! Sorry to our fans. YouTube has given us the following; “Comments on your channel are disabled due to the risk of inappropriate comments and cannot be re-enabled at this time.” Update;03/20/2019 - Now it seems all of our old comments are un-viewable! Disabled by YouTube without even sending us an email or a notice. We had no idea until Dave B let us know via Facebook. As more information from YouTube comes along we will do our best to share and update you our fans. If you still would like to comment or communicate with us, visit our website wwwtriotravels.ca our our Facebook page “Trio Travels” This is a frustrating “Big Brother” situation but there seems to be little we can change. We welcome KC and Lisa aboard Saltair3 to share the experience of learning to sail a Big Cat and what it's really like living a life on the Sea. A week long adventure of learning to sail, getting a taste of what it’s like living on a catamaran in the Caribbean, how we make our power and our water, and how we provision and cook in a catamaran's galley, some diesel maintenance, tips tricks and more… all while exploring the amazing Belizean Barrier Reef! We had a great time, made some great friends and shared our lives a step past our videos... They came as strangers to us and left as great friends, although they had a pretty good idea of who we are before the came Lol! This video shares some of the highlights of their trip… You too can spend an all inclusive week with us aboard our catamaran Saltair3 learning how to live a life on the sea, how to prepare, repair, provision, catch fish and lobster, how to navigate to and safely check into foreign countries, all the while learning to sail a Big Cat, or just sit back, relax and enjoy being aboard Saltair3 in the warm and beautiful Caribbean Sea... We are making custom speaker plates to cover the ugly holes cut into the boat for 6x9s that were placed in a horrible location. Not only were these to remove the car 6x9s that were rusting, staining the boat gel coat. They were to install smaller speakers the would be waterproof and last for a long time The custom speaker plates were cut out of marine plywood, we think it turned out pretty good. Danielle thought that they would be more in the way then what they were, she didn't want to bang her legs on the custom speaker plates. She wanted to sink the plates into the boat fiberglass, I told her that I don't have the tools or the skill for that. Follow along as we breath new life into this 2004 Bayliner Bowrider. We've all been looking forward to getting to work on the bronze floors but before we can do so, we had a bit more cleaning up to do in order to finish up with Victoria. As we're looking to save as much as possible, we had to strip all the planking of its fasteners and find a way to safely get the diesel down and off of her mounts. With this all done, it was time to get started on the bronze floors. We started up in the bow and started working out all the details of how we were going to build and attach each one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sign up for our email newsletter: http://eepurl.com/hn3Qyv Acorn to Arabella is a boat building project taking place in Granby, Massachusetts. Steve and Alix started as amateur boat builders building their own 38' wooden boat in their backyard: designer William Atkin's Ingrid with a Stormy Petrel's gaff rig. These videos follow the journey from tree felling, to lumber milling, to lofting, to the lead keel pour and beyond—sharing details of the woodworking, carpentry, metal smithing, tool building, and tool maintenance that wooden boats command. This ultimate DIY project will continue well past launch, when they will travel and learn to cruise aboard the boat that they've built. Well, the refit of Freebie has taken way longer and cost way more money that we originally figured, who would've thought? We decided that for the next year we're going to finish Freebie for cruising while living in a small apartment 500 feet from the boat and working full time jobs. As we're doing this, we're going to edit and upload DIY boatwork videos as always, so stay tuned for more DIY fun. Following Simon Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/finding_simon/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/findingsimon Website: http://simonstiles.com/ Asking Simon - Who are you? I'm a Canadian photographer from Ottawa who got rid of everything to travel the world. I make vlogs sharing my ups and downs, and my adventures in vans, on motorbikes, and on sailboats. - Who is Champ? Champ is my handsome 14-year-old Labrador, who travelled almost everywhere with me for his whole life. He loves chin scratches, fetching sticks, and scarfing down cheeseburgers and pizza. - What camera equipment do you use? I use a Panasonic FZ2500, a DJI Mavic Pro, a Rode video micro with Deadcat, a Zihyun Crane 3 Axis Gimbal, as well as DIY tripods and lights. - What are your vehicles? I drove a 1992 Dodge Ram B350 camper van all over North America for about two years. Travelling by motorcycle made for some unique trips. I explored the Canadian Maritimes (and deserts and backroads all over the continent) on a 2002 Kawasaki KL250 Super Sherpa dual sport bike, and also rode my 1999 Yamaha V-Star XVS1100 cruiser with a Champion Escort sidecar across my home country twice. From land to water travels: I currently live and work on a 1979 Wharram Oro 47 catamaran. - What are your plans with the boat? I will fix it up, run it on nothing but green electric power, and sail off into the sunset. Stay tuned for the growing build and the adventures to come! - How do you find all these cool places we see in the videos? To gain access to my complete research and the world traveller’s map I curate during my explorations off the beaten path, you need to hit me up on Patreon. Here are a few websites I frequent: https://freecampsites.net/, https://www.campendium.com/, http://www.atlasobscura.com/, https://www.couchsurfing.com/ - How do you afford your lifestyle? I live and travel economical by using free camping and mooring, cooking my own meals, thoroughly researching products and how-to’s online, practicing a DIY approach, and being as efficient as possible with my resources. I've struggled financially for most of my life, and although I'm blessed with helpful friends and family as well as being able-bodied, white and male, I don't subscribe to the belief that you need someone footing your bills in order to pursue your passion. So, I learned that you DO need to sacrifice comfort, consistency, safety, and a traditional career but that it IS possible, worth it, and the only lifestyle that makes me happy. I make my income almost entirely by creating content for YouTube, but it's a tight budget. Ad revenue, business sponsors, affiliate links, Patreon, Paypal donations, and merchandise sales bring in about as much as a part-time job, and I'm able to make that work. When it isn't enough, I go back to regular work such as photography, videography or construction, but that takes the focus away from my own projects. - How does your dog fit into this lifestyle? It's really not as difficult as people seem to think. I spend most of the day with Champ anyways, since we enjoy similar things, like eating food and being outdoors. I let the constraint of bringing my dog with me help me make decisions about where I go and what I do, so I avoid places that ban dogs, and therefore spend more time in nature instead of in cities. - How do you make it work as a digital nomad? My electrical power set-up allows charging my camera and laptop to film and edit almost daily. For Internet access quick and reliable enough to upload my episodes a few at a time, I use coffee shops and libraries. I also use a data package on my phone (10GB), a WiFi antenna, and a WiFi booster.

To visit the Alhambra Palace in Spain, you need to be very organised and buy your tickets in advance and make sure you arrive early to see the Nazri Palace and gardens. It is worth the effort and like a scene from Game of Thrones. On our first attempt to enter the Alhambra Palace, the tickets are sold out and it was raining so the second attempt we bought our tickets in advance and treated ourselves to a Hotel! We try a traditional Andalucian breakfast of tostada and then head off to the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. When we arrive we did not realise it takes 15 minutes to get to the entrance to the Nazri Palace and you have a time allocated on your ticket which you have to stick to. So we run! Inside the Nazri Palace, there are many rooms , each with a different purpose for the 24 sultans that were living there with their wives and families. Not all sultans died a natural death however. After the Moors left peacefully and Ferdinand and Isabella moved in, it was here that the voyage of Christopher Columbus was endorsed which led to him landing in the Americas. The "Generalife" is separated from the main palace, it was a summer palace where a wide variety of vegetables and fruit were grown and it was a place to relax in the beautiful gardens. Water was a symbol of power as it was scarce but the whole palace had plenty, supplied by a natural river source that even had enough pressure to keep the fountains going. We wandered past the Medina which was another whole city within the palace walls where arts and crafts were made as gifts to the court and other visitors. The Alcazaba was the tower that contained the military lodgings and around the edge of the wall was yet another garden of Italian style. It is unbelievable how many gardens there are in the citadel. From the top of the tower, you get a spectacular view of the city of Grenada. This is where the bell tower is situated and great place to spot any enemies but the bell was also a way to notify the city of when to initiate the next shift for irrigating the crops. The Alhambra Palace is well worth a visit, it reminded of a scene of Game of Thrones and we could see why they chose locations in Spain to film this series such as The Bridge at Cordoba as shown in our last episode. Fellow boaters - I'm thrilled to share my latest project with you: MaintenanceROS! Crafted from my experiences aboard Starry Horizons, it's designed to simplify vessel and maintenance management, making life on the water even more enjoyable. Explore https://MaintenanceROS.com and enjoy an exclusive 20% discount for the first 6 months using promo code 'outchasingstars'. Seamlessly manage your boat's upkeep – let's embark on this journey together! ***** Sailing in Indonesia's Komodo National Park is like sailing in a different world. Here, dragons are real, giant peaceful aliens swim in the water and the coral is so healthy it hides tiny creatures we'd never seen before. Our friend Sara came to join us on this adventure, and what an adventure it was. We took her on her first ever snorkel and and got up close and personal with huge manta rays. On an early morning hike we found real, live dragons. Komodo dragons that is. Oh, and she and Amy managed to tackle a boat project as well. What an awesome guest! Komodo was also special for us as we finally caught up to our friends on s/v Field Trip. They were the first cruisers we ever met and were a huge source of inspiration for us as we planned our own adventures. It was just one more example of how even though the world can feel like a huge place, it really is quite small. In this episode we explore the island of La Palma some more with some amazing friends and Faye's parents, who come to visit us. We also spend some time doing some maintenance on Chelsea, namely, mending the tear we discover in our main sail. All of this is in preparation for our crossing to Madeira. But in true Sailing Chelsea style, we have no idea how to mend a main sail, and so just do what we think is best - SickaFlex! Install a new or old boat rub rail "Docking Bumper" on your boat. The hardest part if you are reusing the old rub rail in accounting for shrinkage. Even though we reused our old rub rail, it made our boat look so much better. Before we pull the rub rail off, we saw in hanging in places around our boat and some of the old rub rail was reattached with screws that were rusting. In this video, we show you how to attached the old rubber bumper "Rub Rail" on the boat and make it fit. We also install it with pop rivets every 6 inches to keep it from moving. We also show how we combated shrinkage of the rub rail on our boat. This is not an easy boat project but the results are awesome. Follow along as we breath new life into this 2004 Bayliner Bowrider.

#wecrashedtheboat #crashatsea Well, the girls are gone, the fun is over so let’s do the hard work! Simon does an excellent job fixing the keel that we hit on the reefs. Then we go on to do the anti fouling, first we had to put a coat of prime as the paint is not compatible with the one we had before. A lot of work, sending and painting in awful conditions with the wind and the hit on the boat yard. But boat maintenance is always something that you have to go through. We met in the summer 2015, we were introduced to each other by the virtual world. Eighteen months later we were getting married on a beautiful beach on Barbados, bare foot, very simple ceremony just like a dream! Two days after the wedding laying on the beach, talking about sailing, Carla suggested... why don't we sail around the world? Guess what Simon said? "Let's do it" He took it with no second thoughts! And here we are, fifteen months after that day in Barbados, we started our adventure in Croatia. We made it happen working through all the challenges on the way. Now we are enjoying this wonderful life, and what a wonderful life it is! As we travel we will cross less fortunate countries, we would love to help to build a school or a health care centre, anything that these people may need, and in our beautiful world this is taken for granted. But for these people it's a dream, or may not even be a dream. We will look around and when the opportunity to help comes we will put our hands and hearts in to it. Much love Carla and Simon

We continue our road tour of Andalucia and visit the spectacular Mosque- Cathedral of Cordoba for some history, religion and cultural studies and then the zoo to learn about the different habits of animals and how they are protected. We arrive in Cordoba, a beautiful city that reminds me of Prague where my Grandma is from. Then we head into the courtyard of the Mosque - Cathedral or Metzquita Catedral as is known in Spanish. The history stretches back for thousands of years, all in one place. There was once a Roman temple here and then the basilica church was built by the Visigoths in 572. After this a Mosque was built by Abd al- Rahman and the space was halved for the two religions. During the reconquista, the mosque was then extended into a Renaissance Cathedral in 1523. After the cultural visit, we took the children to the zoo which they were very excited about. Yewan saw his first elephant in his life and we thought the Babary apes were very similar to the behaviour in our family. The many columns are built from precious stones and the horseshoe arch is built on a wall that faces Mecca. Truck is riding sideways going down the road, what to look for and how to fix it. We show you how to check your rear tires to make sure they are straight, what to look for under the car if they aren't straight, and how we fixed ours. Tools: *Vodka And Lemon Juice, Project Fuel *Jack, Get Yours, Amazon link: https://amzn.to/2ONAdsK *Jack Review: https://youtu.be/IFjUON9VTt0 *Deep Impact Sockets: https://amzn.to/2VC4bDM *Torque Wrench: https://amzn.to/2UUMOAZ *Ratchet Straps: https://amzn.to/2UAKjof Our truck was lifted by Badlander and they used 6-inch lift block in the rear. One of the lift blocks slipped about a half inch, but at the tire, this was over an inch off from the other side of the truck. Driving the truck we didn't notice, we are really glad a guy told us, this could have lead to bigger issues when towing our RV the next day. I am not a fan of lift blocks, the can lead to extra stress on the U-Bolts and this in a worst case scenario could lead to your axle completely coming out from under the vehicle. This could lead to a major accident on the road and total out your ride. In this video, BuzzFeed producer Erin Phraner shares easy last-minute Easter ideas. If you’re looking for a simple Easter craft, Easter recipe or Easter activity to do with your kids—try one of these! (Time-Codes & Instructions Below) 1. Easter Bunny Donuts (00:07): Press marshmallows into the center of plain donuts. Use melted white chocolate or vanilla frosting to attached Wilton’s icing decorations (feet & tails). Spoon cocoa powder around the marshmallow to look like dirt. 2. DIY Easter Egg Bud Vases (00:28): Take apart a few plastic easter eggs. Turn the taller / larger portion upside-down. Add a dot of hot glue on top and attach the other half, bowl-side up. Fill with small flowers. 3. No-Mess Easter Eggs (00:42): Put your choice of paint in a resealable plastic container. Add a splash of water and plastic or wooden eggs. Shake to paint! Remove using tongs covered in press-and-seal plastic wrap to really remove the mess all together! Let dry. 4. Can’t-Stop-Eating-This Bunny Bait (01:10): Mix 1 container cheddar bunnies, a few handfuls cereal, 1/2 stick butter and 1-2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix in a bowl. Spread on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 350˚F for about 5 minutes or until golden. 5. Loaded Easter Basket Cookies (01:38): Start with your favorite cookie dough (preferably chocolate chip but excluding the chips!) add sprinkles & pastel M&M (I like to go crazy and add 1 cup each!!) and bake as the recipe directs. Boat Ski Locker Install In Rebuilt, what's the point of restoring a ski boat with no ski locker, not much I guess. Here we put in the basic door for the ski locker our 2004 Bayliner Bowrider that we are restoring. In later videos, we will make it look pretty and paint the floor. We know that this doesn't look like the original, but the cost of the original Ski Locker in our boat, or and aftermarket would cost hundreds. This Ski Locker is costing us maybe a little over $10 and it will do exactly the same thing, allow us to store things in our boat hull. We are not the best carpenters, but we were able to put this in our boat with basic tools and hardware. If you shop with us on Amazon it helps us at no cost to you! See our links below. Check out our shop on our website for branded gear: https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/our_shop/ Support us by shopping through our Amazon link, cost nothing to you and really helps us out. https://amzn.to/351krTR You can also see other videos we have for this Bayliner restore in our YouTube Playlist https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qaX_cI3KUDQ&list=PL9vNnMj1Zmcbrw3nbuM-VWFnpW9Hx9P7_ The Blog For The Boat: https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/category/diy/boat-restoration/ You Can Also Follow Us On: https://www.facebook.com/ChrisDoesWhat/ https://www.instagram.com/chrisdoeswhat/ https://www.instagram.com/dininginwithdanielle/ https://www.pinterest.com/ChrisDanielleRedding/ Before doing anything related to things we do, here is the Legal Stuff: Disclaimer: https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/disclaimer/ Privacy Policy: https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/privacy-policy/ Terms Of Use: https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/terms-of-use/ You can also follow us on our blog: https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/ Or go directly to cooking: https://www.dininginwithdanielle.com If you have a request, please see our blog and go to contact. https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/contact-us/ Video & Blog Productions: Florida Landscapes Explore Florida Recipes with Danielle DIY and HowTo Reviews Boat Restore Playlist: https://youtu.be/AWXqtJuseII Explore Florida Playlist: https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/y_explore_florida Jeep Mods Playlist: https://youtu.be/9EwWEwSmZm0 Recipes Playlist: https://youtu.be/rO7LOGQ1Dgg Equipment: All videos are edited with Sony VEGAS Pro https://amzn.to/2GrzE77 Our video studio does have a green screen with umbrella lighting https://amzn.to/2BVIlpq All recording equipment is Sony and our main camera is the HDR-CX675 offering servo steadied filming and 5.1 sound. https://amzn.to/2BlJxQb Affiliate Links: - Shop Amazon at no cost to you, and helps our channel: https://amzn.to/2SMfsjS - Best Blog Hosting: https://www.bluehost.com/?utm_source=www.chrisdoeswhat.com&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=affiliate-link_chrisdoeswhat_notype Music: Intro/Outro: Elliot Berger - The Nameless Video Music: #chrisdoeswhat #dininginwithdanielle #homaidchef

Recently had a little trouble getting someone to clean bottom of our catamaran at a reasonable price, so guess what. DIY. Stephen and I did a bit one beautiful morning with just a mask, snorkel and holding our breath. We tied ourselves on with suction handles and rope and tried desperately to not swallow the water filled with sea creatures, algae and who knows what! Then, for the serious cleaning, we got out our Brownie air compressor and Stephen and our friend/ship engineer Bill (we hope he's still our friend after this), finished the job. Should add a couple of knots to our speed! Hard work, but so worth it. THANKS BILL! On our way to take classes with the American Sailing Association, we take a road trip to Northern Minnesota stopping in Duluth to explore and have some fun before we learn to sail offshore on Lake Superior. This crazy adventure started in early 2018 as we started researching how to learn to sail, buy a boat, outfit her, and take off for a life on the open seas! There has been a huge learning curve trying to make all of this happen and we want to share with you everything that we have learned and have some fun along the way. We are excited (and a little nervous!) to share this journey with you. Well, it's finally time to say goodbye to Victoria. We got her knowing she was going to be a parts boat but was still the first boat we ever owned. Feels a little bitter-sweet. On the other hand, she has given us so much! Not only her hardware but also a sense of excitement having her in the yard as we build. Encouragement as we sat in her late at night after a long day of work. Introductions to so many people, including one of her former owners. And of course, teaching us so much about how boats are put together. In this episode, we take most of her hull apart so that we can then continue on to salvaging her planking and her centerline timbers. Both of which will hopefully be reused (what parts are not rotten) to become our dinghy. Thank you old girl! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sign up for our email newsletter: http://eepurl.com/hn3Qyv Acorn to Arabella is a boat building project taking place in Granby, Massachusetts. ***** What's this??? Two successful spinnaker sails in a row??? There may be hope for us yet! We were faced with light winds again for our passage down to Labuan Bajo on Flores Island so it was the perfect opportunity to get some more spinnaker practice. It turns out Starry Horizons rather likes sailing with the spinnaker and she was off to the races. So much so that we actually had to slow down for a bit to arrive at some islands along the way during daylight so that we could see and avoid the FADs that were somehow stationairy in several miles deep of water! Once we arrived at Labuan Bajo we quickly changed into hosting mode as we had guests coming to visit. Including a night where it was just me and 4 ladies. It was a tough night for sure... :D Thanks for watching! (Footage from August/September 2018) Wondering what it's like to visit a hospital in Indonesia? Can you use products from Home Depot (or any local hardware store) on a boat? From what we've found, the answer is "it depends." The reason why people cringe when you say you're getting supplies from Home Depot for your boat is that there's an assumption that just because it came from the hardware store, it isn't "marine" grade. This assumption really comes from a lack of knowledge, or a misinterpretation of what makes something "marine." So, what does make something "marine?" Aside from the higher price tag, the qualifications in our opinion should include the product being waterproof and corrosion-resistant. Add UV stable if you're using the product on the exterior, but it's not as necessary for interior applications. As long as the product meets those two criteria, there's no reason you can't use something from Home Depot on a boat. An good example would be the PVC board we've been using. It's completely impervious to water and corrosion, meaning it's a GREAT product to replace the original plywood panels that rotted out on our boat due to water intrusion. Another example is stainless steel hardware. An quick example of something you SHOULDN'T use is particle board. Particle board would be horrible in a boat because the first time it gets wet, it would disintegrate. Also, don't use any other hardware from Home Depot other than the stainless steel hardware. Now, in this video we used regular sanded plywood from Home Depot. I normally wouldn't recommend using this product, unless you seal it with epoxy like we did. The epoxy combined with the exterior paint will make the doors very resistant to water, and they should last a long time. We chose plywood over PVC board for the cabinet doors because plywood is just easier to work with and stronger for that application. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Not-A-Broker Consulting: https://www.patreon.com/notabrokerconsulting Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/learningthelines Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/learningthelines ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Learning the Lines is a channel about us, an average couple in our 20's, with big dreams to be sailing the world by the time we're in our 30's. How to install a DIY watermaker: https://youtu.be/BOdRNNPina0 ***Update 2024/01/12*** It's been over four years since we installed our watermaker. It has been performing flawlessly ever since and has afforded us some well-needed and appreciated self-sufficiency throughout the Mediterannean (where marinas are super expensive), through ocean crossings (yeay for showers) and through covid lockdowns (where we had zero possibility to get water otherwise). We added a control panel in our galley which has been incredibly practical and have upgraded the membrane to the latest SeaWater Pro one. We've been buying filters and parts in hardware stores all over the World (way easier than having to order proprietary parts) and we produce 19-20 gallons (70-75 liters) of fresh water per hour. If you would like to acquire a SeaWater Pro system like ours, consider using our affiliate link which allows us to receive a small commission on purchases made through it, at no extra cost to you! Check out SeaWater Pro watermakers: https://seawaterpro.com?sca_ref=1318773.3ThbpgMEbt Our kit: https://seawaterpro.com/products/110-220-volt-1-membrane-water-maker-system?sca_ref=1318773.3ThbpgMEbt ******** April 2019: We’ve known for a long time that we wanted a watermaker, but we simply did not have the budget to make it happen. That was before one of you guys, tipped us off on how to make your own watermaker. So we’ve done our research, and started to realize that a watermaker was in reach, a lot more than we thought. So in this video, Ryan explains how to make water on a sailboat, how a watermaker works, what are the different parts of a watermaker and what their role is, and how to operate it. We then go through different watermaker alternatives: off-the-shelf, (such as Spectra, Eco-tech or Rainman) and “Do it yourself”, while listing their respective pros and cons. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ** JOIN THE CREW! ** Join our virtual crew of Patrons at: https://www.patreon.com/ryanandsophiesailing ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ⚡ Get 10% OFF Dakota Lithium batteries with code RYANANDSOPHIE sitewide, on all orders at: https://bit.ly/43C4ulL ⛵️Our boat: Polar Seal, 2007 Beneteau Oceanis 40, owners version (2 cabins layout). Inventory Of Missing Parts For Mercruiser that the mechanic lost. This is turning out to be more challenging and expensive than we thought it would. It is like they take a part, then type marine on the front of it, then double the cost. Also, there are many flavors of this 3.0L engine to choose from in our boat. We have been calling many vendors on this and you really need to shop around when working on a boat. The same part from one vendor could be double the cost of another vendor, but don't stick with just one vendor. The vendor that was such a deal on on part for your boat, is now double the cost of another part. Now that that is said you also have to watch shipping, boat vendors seem to love to get you on shipping, some will offer free shipping, then you have to get to a certain dollar amount. Guess we are all a little spoiled by Amazon and there shipping, and if you want to help us out, use our Amazon link below, helps us at no cost to you. Repairing our Box Eye Hook on our boat was a priority, would hate our boat to slide off the trailer going down the road. Doing this on your boat may leave you feeling like a pretzel trying to squeeze your hands between the bow and seat. Once done with this boat project our bow eye hook wasn't going anywhere. Your boat may be easier or harder but this is a must to protect your water toy from road rash. I have seen boats come off their trailer going down the road and it isn't pretty. The damage to the hull and stern drive would end costing you big, and this is such a cheap fix.
